When I called the office, I got voicemail and left a message. Almost immediately, I received a text from the same number. To my surprise, the person on the other end immediately told me they weren't interested. (See attached images.) I reached out to the owner again but never heard back. Several hours later, I received a call from one of their employees, but by then I'd already decided on another landscaper. These guys may be the best landscapers in Skagit County, but I'll never know, because apparently they weren't interested in my business.

Didn't break down ttl cost lumber pkg, labor cost was only thing detailed. Got vibe they didn't want to communicate or interested in job. Our HOA hired this company and they do a good job on front lawns, but sometimes ignore the back…read morelawn. They don't weed or apply weed pre emergent and when they did weed (which was only once in 5 months) they pulled the portion above ground leaving the roots. I don't like the way they've pruned the shrubs in our community because they look too formal and unnatural since they obviously use an electric trimmer and round them into balls or into boxy shrubs. I wish our HOA would find someone more worth the money.

I do know they offer a lot of…read moreother services besides just landscaping but I've only used them to cut back some trees that were growing over my roof and then for routine yard care. The owner is very kind and always quick to schedule and get a job done. I truthfully thought that my yard would not look as good as it did after I came home and saw it. The edging of the grass, the weeding, and everything in between is done with care and looks very sharp. The only downfall is communication is hard. Not sure if he is very busy with lots of work, or if it just takes a while but through texting it can take a bit to hear back. I'm willing to allow this because this company does such great work.
