The job will get done by the team but with a lot of supervision and nonsense back and forth. They couldn't locate my spare tire, I have the most standard SUV you can imagine, I had to physically walk to the bay and show them where it is. The WORST thing about this place though is they do not honor your tire certificates, they will always come up with a reason to state they are invalid or don't apply and tell you to buy a new tire. Stay far away from this location.

Great communication and letting us know how many people they have and their wait time. I was told that they have only two people working that early and will try their best to get to me asap. After five to ten minutes, James took my car and quickly checked it out because the other two men were busy with cars. He patch it up, pump some air and brought it back in aprox. 20 to 30 min. Other than that, we just wanted to recognize James for his awesome speedy job. He works really hard and tries to get things done as fast as he can in a manageable manner.
