My wife took her Escalade there for a front end alignment, they wanted to do over $1,200 worth of repairs before they could align it. I took it to A-Plus Automotive and they aligned it without any repairs. I asked them about the bushings, etc and they said everything was fine. The Escalade runs and drives great. Woke up to a flat tire literally live down the street from les Schwab pulled hoping to get some good help so I can be on my way to work they didn't wanna help me put air in my tire or help me out with a patch just wanted to sell me a tire right off the bat zero help I had to drive off to the next gas station down the street to put air will never go back to this place again so sad I always take my cars to the location in Reedley they have way better service there. Went to get an alignment then they wanted to charge me for a whole lot of things that wasn't even wrong with the car.. wanted to charge $680 so went to get a second opinion elsewhere and found out my tires just needed to be rotated and alignment. spent 2,000$ on tires, can't even go in for a convenient flat repair. they say 2 hours then i ask if i can make an appointment for 2 hours from now but their appointments are full, how does that even make sense. then their excuse is that their lift is full. like get your lazy ass out there and use a hand jack to take the flat off, its not that hard. ive bought multiple sets from les schwab before but im officially fed up with the lazy people working here and the lack of taking care of customers. there's no value in that for me. their customer service is dog water. i would rather buy from local shops that value customers. this place is overpriced anyways thinking your buying value and peace of mind but it's not worth it read more

Stopped at this location to check on tire pressure of all tires as car was feeling sluggish on the road. Was able to pull up to the bay right away & get tires inflated properly in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this free service for you ladies and those who aren't familiar with measuring their tire pressure and want to go to a safe place instead of a air pump outside of a mini mart gas station. When the tech came in and told me exactly what I wanted to hear about the only problem my car had that I already knew about.... Love that they come running out to your car as soon as you pull up. My battery was shot and I just came to have my system tested (since they will do it for free) to make sure it was the battery. They gave me 4 options to see which one I wanted and they installed it in 20min. They even installed the harness that was missing for my battery for free. They also have payment plans based on credit that's easy to qualify for. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs any work done for their car. read more

Before I bought these tires in Reedley California, the Les Schwab salesman said I could go into any Les Schwab tire place and get tires balanced any time. I was familiar with similar services at Discount Tire. However, this didn't turn out to be true at Les Schwab . Yesterday, when I went into a Les Schwab tire store in Dinuba, CA and asked for tire balancing, I was questioned extensively and the man wanted to road test the car, which I allowed him to do. When he came back, he said the tires were fine and indicated he didn't want to balance them. After this, I was given a printed estimate which showed I would have been charged $56 if they balanced the tires. I'll never buy any products or services at any Les Schwab tire store ever again. read more

I was attempting to change my tire at a gas station when Forrest (Dinuba manager) and Rob (Clovis manager) happen to pass by in their Les Schwab truck. Within minutes they made quick work of my tire and showed me that other rear tire was also showing tread separation. My tires are rare and almost never in stock, but they contacted Randy the manager at the Selma location who was able to drive and get some new rear tires so I could continue my 7 hour road trip safely. I'm thankful and fortunate to have had such compassionate les schwab employees pass by. What great teamwork between stores! read more

They will make up reasons to get you to replace parts, i.e struts, shocks. I went in to get new tires and afterwards they made me sign a waiver stating they were no responsible for any damages to the car due to the struts and shocks. I then took the car to the mechanic that we use and he told me nothing was immediately wrong with them, since that time we have taken multiple trips to the coast and mountains on these "bad" struts. Purely a scare tactic that didn't work. A call was made to the Dinuba branch and who I'm assuming was the store manager denied that his employees would do anything like this. Treated poorly by the assistant manager, when the concern was brought up to the store manager I was assured the assistant manager was a good employee rather than assured my issue was important and required attention.
