    My husband found a SPECIAL deal online at this dealership. So he called to inquire about it, and it was a go! He drove out from Sanger, to buy it. Although when he gets there, the manager, Javier Lopez tells him that he wont be able to get that deal and that it was some kind of mistake. So now in order to purchase the he would have to pay an extra $1500.00. Very disappointing!!. This is not right! I feel that we should get that SPECIAL price that is being advertised. Especially because he had called to confirm everything the day before. This dealership does not honor their internet prices. Untrustworthy, do not shop here.

    Shady work

    Went in for the free oil change never had any problems before but this time as soon as leaving with my truck my oil pressure was dropping very low and I checked tire pressure as well on dash tire pressure monitor I knew two tires were a little but they usually check and put to correct pressure.. we'll the two tires are still low so that made me worry about the oil when I got home I checked the oil as I always do after each oil change oil felt gritty and dirty ... so I called them and spoke to some one and asked them why was tire pressure not checked and oil felt dirty gritty .. a bit stand of fish said he will call me back .. he called back and said service tech checked tire pressure on dash and all said 35 psi all was good .. lol pressure was same as when I took in then goes on and says they did change the oil and filter not sure why oil pressure was dropping.. wasn't doing that before I took it in he tells me maybe there's something wrong in the motor going out in the motor i told him didn't have that pressure dropping that low before this oil change he says not sure why ... truck only has 70000 miles change oil alway on time or before time needed to be changed... so caught them in a lie about the tire pressure something so small now gots me wondering if they even changed the oil ... I don't think I will be returning and I will be letting my family and friends know about this problem as there customers there as well . I don't want anyone's car getting screwed up over there shadiness. I believe they just topped my oil off and reset oil monitoring system . I'm going to take my truck for a new oil change tomorrow because I don't trust them since they lied about something so little as tire pressure

First, be prepared for them to add $7k+ in add ons that they never mention to you in the first place and just write it off as "taxes and fees" just to get a better sale and make a better commission! Which is considered SCAMMING! Second, they use window stickers to COVER CRACKED WINDSHIELDS!! Then when you ask them to fix it they refuse to pick up your calls, act like they don't know you and refuse to have it fixed. Gaslighting and scamming is their game and don't even think about going there if you are a woman! The way they (Jacob the manager) speaks to women is completely unacceptable!! They absolutely mansplain and disregard your questions and concerns and act like you are less knowledgeable than them simply because you are a woman! To make matters WORSE, Jacob the manager needs to lose his job IMMEDIATELY after our most my recent interaction. It's been 4 months since I've been calling them asking Jacob to refund something that I DID NOT ASK FOR and was almost $5k. What does the manager of this dealership do in this case? Responds by CRACKING UP AND LAUGHING saying "didn't you total your vehicle?" Referring to an accident which could've cost my baby and I our LIFE! Any decent human being would NOT find that amusing but Jacob did. Extremely unprofessional and UNACCEPTABLE behavior from the manager and all "men" working here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Also signing papers they added on the tracker fee without letting us know until the last minute. Then we put in the agreement that we wanted a second key and we'd like that included in the price. It took me harassing and calling every day twice some days to get an appt to have a second key made. Man what a hassle. Also be prepared as when you make a payment it won't let you pay a little extra. You have to make a whole other payment. It was who the dealership does their financing through.

Recently I put an inquiry for a Mazda Miata they had on the lot at the Lindsay location. Put in a credit app. Texted with Edgar Rosales after sending him my most recent earning statement never replied after running my credit. Did not say anything if I was clear, if I needed a co-signer. I was curious on the rate their bank would offer as I already had one from Navy Federal Credit Union and I was ready to purchase. No reply.. 3rd try. I stopped at the Lindsay location to look at a Volkswagen sports wagon. Mechanical issues -leaking oil pan -alternator windings failing Moderate engine blow by -car calling for an oil change -and what really tops the cake is the car is sitting on the lot, dirty, with food crumbs scattered all over. When mentioned to the saleswoman (who stayed texting on her phone) she stated. Oh yea the owner had been driving it for a while. Vehicle is way overpriced Asked what kind of deal they could make being the vehicle has moderate issues. She took my name and number.
