I was a client of Pacific Touch for almost 9 months and worked with Kim, Bella, and Ariana. I came to PT seeking help with my frequent breakouts and a new regimen to treat my sensitive, acne prone skin. Unfortunately, the Roccoco Botanicals products didn't agree with my skin, and made my skin worse than when I started. I stayed consistent for 9 months, but had no choice but to stop using the products entirely. When I stopped, my skin started improving gradually. I believe PT has good intentions and the education they provide on products and lifestyle/diet changes can be helpful. However, if your skin doesn't agree with certain products/routine, it won't make a difference whether or not you eat certain foods or use a specific laundry detergent. Pacific Touch has been my saving grace as somebody who is acne prone. Before PT, I had seen numerous dermatologists who just gave me birth control (a bandaid treatment), tretinoin, and other products that just ruined my skin barrier & broke me out even more instead of getting to the root of the problem. I also ended up spending hundreds of dollars on skincare products trying to get rid of my acne. My confidence was shot, my bank account was drained, and I still couldn't figure out why I was still dealing with acne. I am disappointed by my experience here. I read the reviews and was very excited to get an appointment at Pacific Touch. I've been dealing with hormonal acne and endlessly searching for a solution. The appointment was good. My skin felt clean and smooth after. It ended up being very expensive because you need to buy a lot of products to follow the natural regimen provided. I was told I should follow up with pictures of my progress or issues. I started breaking out worse than before and I followed up twice with pictures. I received no solution or even acknowledgement of the issue the first time, and I didn't receive a response the second time. My skin has not gotten better, possibly worse. I felt very frustrated that they convinced me to buy hundreds of dollars of products and sold this to me as a supported investment in my skin. There was zero support or follow up. Crystal is fantastic! I was referred to her by my former aesthetician and had my first 75-minute facial about a week ago. I appreciate that as a first-time client the paperwork I filled out prior to the treatment was very comprehensive (includes nutrition, diet, family history and skincare issues). Crystal also spoke to me briefly before we got started to understand my current needs. Crystal is very friendly and welcoming and the treatment room is comfortable, clean and relaxing. Throughout my facial, Crystal explained each product she was using, its function and whether or not I would feel anything after it was applied. Extractions were thorough and the facial and scalp massages were relaxing. I'm fairly certain I fell asleep! When I walked out of the room, I felt rested and my skin was clear and rejuvenated. 5 days later my skin still looks fantastic. I booked a facial with Nichola very easily (using the online booker). The office manager called to confirm and helped me out. Nichola even texted me before the appointment to answer any questions and confirm as well. I went to the facial dealing with my own personal troubles at home and cried throughout almost the entire thing. Nichola was very professional and didn't pry at all. She made me feel warm and cared for throughout the whole thing, which was exactly what I needed. Nichola is one of my favorite people. She really cared about the skin issues I was having and took time to understand every aspect of what I was doing with my health and my body. We dissected my routine and created a brand new one. Before I came to see her I was really in a bad place with my skin. I've ben getting a facial every month for the past year and one day I had to cancel my appointment with the usual lady I was seeing and I couldn't reschedule.
