I even reached out to their Facebook account hoping to reach literally anyone at this business, and they responded the most entitled, greedy response I've ever seen from a "business". I had a complete tire blowout days before Christmas last year, on the front driver's side, which is where my flat was today. The blowout happened along I-84 and was really scary. I didn't realize that my tire was flat this afternoon before I drove on it. My brain panicked when it felt that something was off, there was a noise, and I wasn't sure where to pull off, due to traffic. But it's possible it'd been cleaned up before they arrived... - Mechanic arrived at dealership more than two hours late and I received no notification about this, and my calls asking for an updated ETA were dropped From time of mechanics arrival to when I received findings, the inspection took between 30-45 minutes including a test drive.
