This is where Nicole comes in! She is INCREDIBLE and so knowledgable and thorough. She broke down everything so it made sense and I understood the why behind every exercise. She made me feel so in control of my body and prepared me for labor and even postpartum. I was referred here by my attorney after a recent rear end collision I experienced. Initially it…read morewas going to take a few weeks to get me in but they moved things around when they saw I was involved in an accident. I was scheduled for the following week and came in. I was quickly greeted by the front desk and had all of my information taken down. I was then called to the back by Kristine (Kristina?) who helped me out and did an impromptu interview with me for my injuries and everything else important. She was incredibly welcoming and sweet and swiftly went through all of the necessary details needed before I saw Dr. Smith who got me in and out speedily too. I usually hate going to do anything medical but this was a super pleasant experience. Their offices and waiting area are also very clean.

I cannot say enough good things about Agape. Oh, did I mention how immaculately clean this place? The restrooms are always so clean. The equipment is spotless. The floors are clean. It's modern and it doesn't look like it's been there since 1972. So many physical therapy places are just filthy and disgusting. Not this one. My physical therapist is Shannon. She is knowledgeable, professional, and I never feel rushed. She designed a routine specific to my issues and sends an email with all the exercises explained and demonstrated. Son broke his arm on Monday. Spent the day at ER. ER gave us a few referrals for a pediatrician…read more(because we didn't have one designated yet). The pediatrician referred us to 5 different orthopedic surgeons, one of them was Dr Goldman. I spent Tuesday calling all of them. Dr. Goldman's office was the only one who spent time to understand my son's situation over the phone -- What, when, who, how did it happen? Do you have x-rays? Which facility did you go to? before asking me about what type of insurance I had and collecting my contact info. Front office sent me the new patient paperwork via email and we were in the office on the same day. Met with Carlos the x-ray technician who took off the splint and Frantz the PA talked us through what the x-rays meant and what to expect. Janet did the casting. Wait was minimal. We were in and out in an hour. They took care of my son and made us feel cared for and welcome. We'll be back in 2-3 weeks and will update this review if this changes.
