I told him w what and where my problems are and worked them. The red light is a bed which I like because most places I been to have the one where you stand up. Lying down makes it a nice nap. The cryo I really liked because you can go as a group. It makes the it go by faster when you're talking to people. I also really like they have hip compression because most places that offer compression only have leg compression, Overall this place is great for recovery. I came here after a 6 mile run and I feel much better. Also I didn't do them all at the same time. I did the massage and red light one day, and cryo/compression after my 6 miles.
