At the lowest point in my life thinking I would never leave the wheelchair that WAS a part of me. RWW and Marni's team went to work! A tough schedule but I was committed to hard work! I work standing up and I got to a point that not only could I not lift any weights and enjoy my workouts but I couldn't stand for any length of time. Eventually the pain got so bad that I couldn't sleep. This is when I knew that I needed to see a physical therapist. I chose to walk into Strive because a friend of mine had told me about them and they had really helped him as well. I walked and was immediately impressed with their nice clean facility. The front desk and they right away scheduled me for an evaluation appointment with their physical therapist, Jermaine, that same week. She sat down with me and listened to all my symptoms and quickly ran a series of test in an attempt to narrow down what exactly was going on. Of course I had googled my symptoms like we all do and tried the YouTube video treatments haha but I was glad to finally be in the hands of a professional. After she ran her test she determined that I might be dealing with a weak pelvic floor. She began her treatment giving a series of stretches and exercises that weren't going to make it worse and they seemed to help even just in that first session. Over the next couple weeks (I saw her twice per week) she slowly helped me progress to other exercises that were really helping strengthen my pelvic floor and my pain slowly began to improve. Every time I went in she asked me how I was doing and that helped me feel that she really cares about her patients. Here I am 5 weeks later and my pain is non-existent! I am so happy to be back to enjoying my everyday activities!

We have been with this office about 2 years now and they are wonderful. They are so helpful with my son's feeding concerns and physical therapy. My son has down syndrome and typically can be a bit stubborn and this team just does so well with him. Highly recommend Jackie and Ashley for OT and Nikki and Giselle for PT. The office is extremely clean, organized and I always feel so safe brining my son because I constantly see cleaning and sanitation. The office has a texting system so texting them instead of calling - should we need to do home hospital and do phone call that day is very simple! All the therapist are very solution oriented and give their honest feedback, we have built a great relationship with this office and I'm so grateful for how hard they work to address concerns with my son! This office has great equipment and all the staff is very friendly. I never feel worried if my son is having a bad day, they redirect and he does so well. The other thing I've noticed is how diverse of patients they have, and how kind and inclusive they are to all. I love that they welcome inclusion and friendships by saying hi! Wonderful place! I could not say enough about how happy we are with all the staffs and especially Maria (PT). She is so compassionate, dedicated, motivated to help and has a wonderful manner. We were first time parents during COVID and did not have a village to support us in taking care of our newborn. Fiona referred me to a lactation nurse that was so supportive and provided detailed guidance on breastfeeding. Fiona worked on my son's torticollis and feeding issues in the beginning. As he got older, her therapists worked on his fine and gross motor skills. My son loved playing with Fiona and all the WeeFun therapists and graduated from the Regional Center last month when he turned 3. My son is a very happy, energetic, smart, animated, thriving toddler and we attribute his growth to WeeFun and the love, compassion, patience and care that they gave him. My child was referred to OT by her pediatrician as we have a multitude of issues we are looking to address. I received my referral and called Milestones to make an appointment. I was immediately met with a rude attitude from the person who answered the phone. I said my daughter had a referral and I needed to make an appointment. She asked for what. I said an OT evaluation, she said yes, for what? I gave a brief explanation of my child's issues and was immediately told my child could not be seen at Milestones, they did not need OT, they needed ABA instead. I'm sorry, but since when is a front office worker qualified enough to diagnose my child over the phone after an extremely brief explanation of her issues? Maybe the person on the phone was an OT, but this was not communicated nor was their response kind. I was dumbfounded. Having a child who is experiencing issues and needs specialized care is overwhelming in itself. I hung up and cried. I then called my pediatrician's office to relay this conversation and they were appalled. They told me to call the Chino location instead, but I was so taken a back by my start with Milestones that I asked for a referral to a different clinic all together. It seems from reviews that front office staff being rude isn't uncommon. I'm glad we took my daughter elsewhere.
