That was a year ago! She didn't think it was her fault for not giving notice of rental due (that is a duty of her position per the clerk in the Seabrook PO where I opened a new box that same day). They offer photos there, but upon arrival, we were informed that their camera was broken. They told us to come here to Artwin Graphics and they would get our photos to us quickly. Well, they did! The lady took my picture. I didn't like it, so she retook it. My husband and I waited less than 10 minutes and got our photos to take back to the post office. It was $30 (maybe a little more with tax... I can't remember). I didn't know this place existed and I never intended to go there, but I was very happy with the outcome of this unexpected errand.

He also apologized for the damage to my sports coat and fully compensated me for it allowing me to buy a new one to replace it. That is very much appreciated. It took some perseverance on my part but in the end, I was satisfied with the way they corrected the problem.

I was not asking for any special treatment, but what Nathan should NOT do is prohibit/delay my process of receiving mail that's address to ME, for ME, and C/O of ME. I've had my box with Pearland Postal Plus for some time and the hassle of changing my service is daunting.
