THIS IS A POST OFFICE and it is so close to me!!! I am very happy to discover this place out because usually if I wanna mail something off I always drive all the way over to the Almeda Mall area and even though the drive isn't that much of a drag. It's still pretty far considering all of the lights I pass when getting to my destination. It is right next to Food Town, and even though it may look small from the outside looks are very deceiving because it fooled me I thought it was going to be a tiny building, but instead it was really big on the inside. The staff is one guy; he is very nice and friendly. He didn't charge me anything to tape up my package (for Chegg), and he gave me the best options to send my gift packages off. He also allows you to see the information that he is putting in, so if what you are saying he doesn't understand your accent. You can see if he is spelling the location right. Yesterday, I went in and I was telling him the location I wanted to send my package and since the guy was hard of hearing he couldn't understand what I was saying, and I was saying it loud. So, he showed me the screen and I just corrected him. The one on Almeda isn't like that; you either have to write it out or if they understand the computer app will verify it. Also, they sell Stamps, small boxes, you can do notary, and mailing here too! They don't just ship local, but all over the US, and countries too! But, this place doesn't have any public restrooms (though Food Town does), and they also sell local pure honey from Santa Fe, TX. I thought that was cool! read more

I have come here sporadically for years and get great service each time! This place has been here for many years. I've never experienced any racist behavior or rude comments as some of the other reviewers suggest. Id rather come here over USPS any time. read more

I used to love this place but the last two times we've been here, the owner and another lady have been a little rude, Condescending and not very helpful. I'm going to have to drive a little further to the lady off Fuqua who always gives me free boxes and tapes my packages with a friendly attitude. read more

Extremely friendly service. We have had our company's post office box here for several years and have no complaint. They have regular business hours, but the owner, Robert, takes the time to get to know his customers, so working around their schedule is fine. Prices are a little bit higher, but the customer service is so top notch that you are getting what you pay for. You can either go to the US Post Office and stand in a long like, be treated let a second rate customer, and leave upset... Or you can go here and get everything done from USPS, UPS, or FedEx. They even take packages already labeled. I would advise anyone looking for great, PERSONALIZED service to go here. read more

Great place to go when the closest library is closed. All I needed was to get copies of paperwork. This store is ran by an older man he was very polite and made my copies. The copies were less than $1. For 2 copies front and back. The store is equipped with shipping & receiving for UPS, Fedex, and DHL. There isn't a particular discount for anyone who works for those companies here to ship or get copies. This place also sells honey, candles, purses, greeting cards, and other novelty items. I honestly have never had a better post office experience. So easy and laid back. I love the owner, he is so sweet and wholesome and it is very easy to have a conversation with him. Make sure to go pay this place a visit, there are TONS of trinkets and fun things you can buy as well. read more

Not a real full service USPS Office. They hold you mail until next day to be shipped. The guy is not very friendly if you arrive to drop off something. I understand it's a business, but treat people nicer. I greated him and he did not even reply. Just said what you need there? Hello? Just go to ACE or the real post office. read more

The old man(owner) open up my package when I call him and told him that I forget to return the right phone from T-Mobile.When I went to pick up the package it was open and the man say hey is this your new phone they sent you.I just grab my package and left.My point is that I'm was surprised that he open my package.So unprofessional for what he did.I would never go to this store again. read more

Terrible Service. Stay clear of this business. Would not release my $5 UPS package to my husband. I'm out of town and called The owner who knows me, and offered to text my license to him with a written release and he refused. What a jerk! Wow! read more

Seriously nicest guy ever. Helps you out to find what's cheapest and what your best options are. Plus he likes getting to know his customers. I always go to him for whatever I need. worst packing job i have ever seen!!!! these guys are baboons. my uncle sent a package with these guys and when it arrived the framed piece of art was shattered and destroyed. i called to complain and they said there should have been peanuts in the packaging. nothing. they wrapped a glass piece of art work in one thin blue bubble wrapper terrible!! they claim to have 17 years experience. bullshit. so upset with the customer service after they destroyed a family air loom. i would never use this place and don't trust them to pack your stuff. it will arrive broken. oh and when filling a claim they are going to deduct the cost of packing the package. are you kidding me?? if you did it right in the first place we would not be filling the claim. terrible. do not use these guys!! read more
