Horrible experience, somehow the contents of my package was replaced with someone else's stuff at the store. I was told that they had cameras and should easily be able to track my things down. It's been a couple of weeks, no call back from owner, just wanted me to hurry up and file a claim with corporate. I assume because now they can say it was taken care of. Not only will I never use this store but never again will I use UPS. If I were a betting man I would say this was just straight up theft from the internal store employees. Everyone at this facility is RUDE! And I mean RUDEEEE!! I own a small business and I have to ship out my packages very often. Sadly this is the only location nearby, and every single time I go they treat me like absolute S**t, everyone has a rude loud tone even when they're in the wrong!! 4 of my packages have been STOLEN at this location!! Everyone is extremely unprofessional to the point they even mentioned that they fired the guy who was stealing and not doing his job.. cmon now man. Even then they HAVE YET to offer any solution!! I'm done with these employees. Now my package arrived here since the 20th, it's now the 25th and not yet out for delivery so I call and "oh we can't find it" ONCE AGAIN! read more

The lady who answered the phone was so rude and unhelpful. she also said "Well you have to call the 1-800 number because there's nothing I can do about that." With an attitude. there are so many more customer service friendly ways to say somthing like that with out treating your customers like they are wasting your time. Especially when it comes to the fact that I didn't even order anything and I just wanted to make sure the package wasn't for someone else and who ever delivered it posted a sorry we missed you label on the door and didn't fill in any of the blanks at all. The only reason I'm giving a 1 star review is because I can't leave none or a middle finger. I dropped off my invitations and the usb with the pdf file for my wedding invitations. The pdf I saved was scaled to fit 5x7in the invitations is 8.4 x 5.7in the top portion has a design which I took into consideration when I designed it. When I arrived at the UPS store in Baytown on Garth Rd the woman already seem bothered that I wanted invitations printed she made a remark "oh well we like to have an hour notice when we have to print a large amount". I told her that I understood and I can pick them up tomorrow I didn't need them right this minute. She had me fill out a paper for what I was wanting and then she said she would call later that night or tomorrow morning to show me what it would look like for an approval. The store opens at 9am so I didn't want to call as soon as they opened so I waited till 9:45-10am. The woman that I felt with yesterday answered and said I was just about to call you our print is acting up and doesn't wanna print to the calibration for the RSVPs but were able to print out the invitations and I told her that that was fine and when I pick them up this evening that I will just take the RSVPs somewhere else that would be able to print them. Never once did she say oh this print it out really small did you want to come in to the store to look at it before we print all 50 of your invitations there was never any mention as to a sizing issue and that being how big it was going to print. When I come into the store and ask to see it and I voiced my grievance with how small it is and I showed it to the employees and ask them why would anybody think that this is OK??? And all the kids could say was I'm sorry ma'am I didn't print them out. They called the woman who I dealt with the day before and who had also printed my invitations and you could tell that she was getting loud with the young guy who was trying to help me and ask like what was going on. I called the store after I was made to pay for something I was not satisfied with so not only was I out the money that I paid for the invitation I was also out the money for them to print something that I was not satisfied with. Once I left the store I called asking for manager supervisor someone's number because they had fucked up my invitations the kid provided me with a different stores number which then I was told he wasn't at that location but they could take my number down and call the manager and have him call me. That was 45 minutes ago and I'm still waiting to hear back from someone!!! read more

Very rarely do I have any luck in this store. customer service is almost nonexistent. They rarely have Internet service, so if you need to send them a label to print, they tell you that the Internet is really slow. I have waited there for 30 minutes trying to get a label sent to th'em with no luck. It doesn't seem to bother them at all. They have no other recourse to help you be able to print a label from your phone. Although they could make a copy from another phone or on a printer, they choose not to do that. If you don't need to have some thing printed, I guess you'll be OK. But if you need them to help you by receiving a label sent to their email address, I hope you have several hours to wait. I left today without having any success in getting my package mailed. read more

Excellent, excellent, excellent! i don't give 4-stars "willie-nilley" however, on this occasion the young ladies at this store are deserving and the best! Professional, friendly, polite and warm, bests describes the women team here--from the moment I opened my mailbox to date, this facility is always on their "A" game. When you enter the store you are greeted warmly, when you leave the store you are again thank for your business. The notifications for parcels via email are on point, accurate and timely. If I have a large oversize package, they loan you their dolly to take you parcel to your vehicle (never experienced this before at any UPS Store and I have used a few around the country as I' a professional Commercial vehicle driver). The service is really great here and if you need to use a UPS Store in the Baytown, TX area as a Pro Driver or other professions, I strongly recommend this place. Thank you Baytown, UPS Team. You get the highest marks in my book and I want the owner of this store to know that your team should be rewarded appropriately! You just don't find staff like this as common place anywhere in this country these day. These ladies are Gold and deserve an appropriate acknowledgement for their dedication to their work and great job they do daily with 100% accuracy. read more
