The person in front had a complicated order that took a lot of time. So, I could not stay long. I brought two framed posters with glass. And all I could do is say, please send it for me. I could not watch it be packed because I had to rush. Well Viviana took photos of every step and texted them to me. I saw that she did a careful and experienced job. Wow. And then she took a photo of the label on the box and sent it to me to prove it was ready to go. I am super impressed. I urge you to go out of your way to support this business. This level of quality and service is rare.

So long as there is any sort of picture or signs of previous use on the box they will not accept it, it's quite frankly ridiculous because it is a box being used to ship an item, it is not like you were presenting the item in the box it was shipped in. I really do not know what is up their asses at this location but it is really stupid and very annoying, avoid this location and just go to the one in Davie instead or the main one in Miramar.
