Absolutely amazing experience! I came in to make some copies and Jamie and Armani went above and beyond. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and jumped in to help right away. The Wi-Fi was super slow, but they stayed patient and even showed me the best spot in the store to get a better signal so I could print everything quickly. BEWARE OF THIS STORE - The story goes I needed to send important tax papers which I wanted to ensure I had a record that it was delivered. Went to this store and directed the staff to send to the address on the document (As directed on the document) they said that the address was not correct and selected another address. I understand I should have not allowed this but it is what it is. The problem that I have of they when I was advised that the documents were not received and the tracking info stated that the package was returned to the sender on 4/28. I found this out on 5/8 so I went to this store as it is where I sent it. Well the woman who stated was the manager but would not identify herself walked to the rear and came back with the package. Now here is the problem, I asked why was I not called when the package was returned and she stated WE DONT HAVE YOUR NUMBER; when I pointed out that the number is in the prints document they gave to me she responded THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT WE HAVE THE NUMBER.....need less to say this shows her incompetence and why this location should not be used for important documents. To UPS Management and/or this franchise owner; if this is the managers you hire you need to do better. This is not a good representative of UPS read more

The amount of time a box holder who pays an annual fee has to wait to get their packages in this location is unacceptable. At any other UPS store a box holder does NOT have to wait in line to get their packages. We should not be treated like the customers that are only coming in there ever so often to have something shipped. We should have first priority and/or 2 separate lines. 1 for box holders & 1 for regular customers. I will not be renewing my box here if they do not get their customer service together. There are too many other locations close by to have to spend 15-30 mins here waiting to get my packages. read more

I've been using this USP store for years ONLY because it's close to my house. If I had any other option I would definitely utilize it, but unfortunately I don't. They have lost my packages 3 times! As a business owner that constantly has packages coming in I expect them to be there when I arrive. I don't expect my packages to be given to other customers, sent back, or lost! This is not a free service and I'm not asking for anything for free, but you must provide the service that I PAY for. It's been weeks later and a manager or owner has not been in contact with me about the issues. Ridiculous! read more

Have been frequenting this location for years. The staff is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. More recently I have appreciated how clean the store seems. This UPS store 4332 at 14359 Miramar Parkway is not to trust. You will never know the truth until they damage one of your shipped package and you need to file a claim. Then and there is where you will notice how inefficient they are. The will do anything to deny the claim. They will ignore your calls or claims, they will not cooperate by disputing the claim. The owner of the store, Luis, a person that will not go the extra mile for a client. Do not ship with them unless you are 100% sure that your package cannot be damage. Use FEDEX instead. read more

I wanted to print an already prepaid label but they refused to swipe the card even if it was short than $5.00 minimum card usage. Refused to help any other way unless i purchased 5.00. Some of the employees have a very bad attitude. I called to ask a simple question about printing a packing slip and she responded to me as if I were a second grade child. Her response "was how would it get shipped without the label". She then began to tel me that they are a privately owned company and aren't responsible for shipping for all the companies in the world. Makes for a convenient UPS drop off spot in the Miramar area. The store is located in the Monarch Lakes shopping plaza right next to Publix. I think that their prices are more than your standard shipping places since it is a franchise, but I usually pre-pay my packages anyways and just use this place for drop off.... They make money off all packages dropped off their anyways so they still make their cut... read more

This is the worst UPS Store I have ever been to in my life!!!!! I paid for $40 for overnight service their fastest service for a very time sensitive (notarized) letter that had to be delivered the next morning. When I tracked the shipment the next morning there was no information available. So, naturally I called UPS. They said the letter had "never left" the store and was still there. I immediately visited the store. (Store ran by incompetent idiots) They had me waiting for 10 minutes while they searched for my letter. They finally came out and handed me my letter. When I asked what happened, they simply said it didn't go out. No remorse, no apologies. I had paid cash just 12 hours prior. I simply asked for a refund. Nothing more. The employee running the place said he would call the owner. The owner told the employee to tell me that he "was not" going to refund me and that I need to take it up with UPS Corporate. Trying to cut a long story short. UPS Corporate has attempted to contact the owner of the store with no reply. So, Corporate is automatically debiting the owner's account to pay me. Going on almost 2 months now to get a $40 refund. Clearly the Owner of store #4332 is a very poor businessman that has no scruples or any kind of business ethics! I simply wanted a refund, as I paid $40 for a service that was not provided. The owner decided to keep my money anyway! As a result, I did what I should have done from the beginning. I took my package to Fed Ex where you can trust and be guaranteed your letter or package will arrive when it should. And it did. Thank you FedEx! I will never go to UPS Store #4332 in Miramar, Florida again. I advise anyone reading this to do the same. If your not convinced by my story and experience please read the previous reviews! 1 star because I can't go lower. Customer service is horrible. The girl there doesn't do anything. Three reps and only one was working. I simply asked for a box so I can ship something out and was not assisted for over 8 minutes after I asked for the box. How hard is it to grab a small box? Especially with 3 reps and 1 customer. I needed a hold for pick location so I had UPS send it here. When the package arrived I got a courtesy call from them telling me the package was ready and BTW there is a $5.00 fee for that. I was surprised. Called other locations in west pines same thing. I understand this is a business and they need to make money where they can, but people have choices. For me next time I will drive a few miles east and have my hold for pick up at the FedEx location on Commerce Parkway. UPS Store location accepts pre-paid UPS boxes which is convenient. read more

Love this location, the employees are always friendly and ask if you need help carrying your things to your car. I have a mailbox there and love the convenience for shipping my items there with no hassle. read more
