They took the time to really walk us through options, made sure the bikes actually fit how and where we ride, and never once made it feel rushed or transactional. Even after the purchase, they have been just as dialed in. Questions, adjustments, tune-ups, it is all handled with the same level of care and attention. Honestly, they have set the standard for what a bike shop should feel like. The bikes are incredible, but it is the people that make the difference. Hella fun but a bit too heavy for me. they recommended I try a specialized Vado sl, and loved it. Half the weight of the mountain bike and can easily ride it around town and even lift it on my bike rack. Really appreciated their patience with and love the bike I ended up with. 5 stars all around! Shout out to Kevin who helped us all out There's another staff in the back who helped provide really good knowledge as well. Everyone is super passionate about bikes so they'll be able to know what you need. As for the space inside, it's organized, clean, and packed with lots of functional and cute colored bikes depending on what you're looking for. This is a long time family run shop that is a gem in the community. She didn't even want to take any money for the parts I used, so I tried to estimate generously. I was left without rear gears 30 miles from home after some reckless rider came around a blind bend on the wrong side of the road and smacked into me and my bike, then rode off. The positives and kindness of this shop and family turned my day around. I'll stop by whenever I'm in the area to support their business.
