Thing is, Francos IS a meat market of sorts, but not the type we were looking for. So Francos operates out of Pacos. Maybe I should leave a review for Francos. Anyhoo, it's Tuesday, I want tacos, ppl seem to love them, leggo. The previous menu photos were 2 years old so I didn't rely on them much. I went in, it was clean and bright. Two guys ran the counter. We stared at the menu O_O I was interested in the nachos but they said cheese sauce. I asked if I could have shredded cheese. I was told yes, for .50 up charge. Ok. Added rice. Another .50. Cool. I said I didn't want any red sauce. He said there wasn't any on it. The menu on the board said it, so there's that. The reviews said the fish taco was legit. Saw it said spicy slaw so I asked for it to be omitted. He said it was sweeter than spicy so I left it as is. Al Pastor nachos, fish taco, asada taco. 10 mins to goodness. We ate the fish taco in the car. A little kick from the Mayo but ultimately tasty! Taste a piece of the steak and it's v flavorful. Also tasted a bit of the pastor. Some pieces are a bit charred but it's fabulous! Once home (good 30 mins later), the cheese wasn't melted still. Had to put it in the oven. Foods very flavorful though. The place is delicious and when in the area, I'd definitely go back. I took a star off bc at 3.25/3.75/ taco, they were kinda pricey and why no melting cheese? I'd happily go back, and if I ever wanted to try a grill pack, I'd do that during the summer. read more

I've read reviews of people saying the food is "the bomb" or saying it's as authentic as L.A. tacos but let me tell you that is definitely not true. Pacos Tacos is definitely not a standout establishment. We ordered 11 tacos which cost 44 dollars! At first I was hoping these were going to be large tortillas but they were small street taco size, not worth the price. Not only were the tacos small but the meat was very bland. We ordered 6 asada tacos and 5 al pastor. Simple presentation which is usually fine but the asada had no trace of any seasoning and the al pastor had a small amount of flavor but definitely nothing special. I am literally not kidding when I say I went elsewhere to satisfy my taco craving. My family was not able to finish the tacos from Pacos. read more

Decided to try this place as I have driven past it several times. You can't miss it from Sahara because of the bright store front and graphics. The dining room is small and there were a few tables and chairs but I know this is mostly due to social distancing. The menu on the wall is easy to read and I decided on 3 tacos; carnitas, pollo, and carne asada as well as a pollo burrito. From what I could see, the food prep and kitchen area was spacious and clean. My order came out fast and packaged securely for my short ride. The carne asada and pollo tacos were very good. Surprisingly, the carnitas taco was on the dry side. The burrito was a good size and had more beans and meat than rice. I would be back to try other things on the menu. read more

We weren't sure when we read the initial rules, saw the negative but I also saw a few really positive. This is Vegas so claiming you're the best of any type of food is a big stretch. So we had to check it out. We ordered the fish tacos and Al Pastore tacos and Quesadilla supreme with Asada. All 3 were excellent! Great flavor, they didn't skimped a good n anything. The Fish was a full size fillet, not too much breading, moist and delicious. Everything was excellent. Also very clean interior and you can see into. The cashier was rude, portions small and pricey. That cashier had a face that she did not want to work and it showed with the least bit of effort to take out order. We walk in, ask which tacos you have. She says, "heres the menu". Obviously the menu is up above, but we are trying to create an atmosphere. This isn't McDonalds you know? It's a taco shop so show some more interaction. So I ignore that, then we ask. "How are the beef guts meat made?" She says, "How do you want it?". Okay I am getting a little annoyed by this point. Orders in and we wait then we get our food and she forgot to add one taco. We didn't notice in the price because we felt the total was right. But then she gets to our table with the missing taco and then sees the receipt and says "Oh yeah I forgot to add one". You guys are empty of the location and now with the pandemic, and you're giving this type of service? Just go home and keep the place shut down. Other than that half-ass service. The tacos tortillas were small and the price we pricey. It's like a couple of quarters less than El Gordo down on Charleston. The meat was good, but a little burnt. Great spot to eat! My father and I got a flat tire, and found this place near our area. This was an out of the sudden opportunity to try something good and new. I am so used to chipotle, chilis and Texmex food that I expected something similar. However, i got surprised that this restaurant served traditional Mexican food, which makes it more diverse , so there is more choices in the type of meat. I got tongue and boar head tacos. I have never tried such meat, but they tasted delicious and well-seasoned. My father and I got a good lunch. Can't complain at all. Also, this is a family own company, which have a great customer care. They explained how they seasoned and cooked the meat, which improves your experience as a new customer. My husband works down the street and we were looking for lunch, we found this new spot Paco's Tacos and Grill. First thing I was pleased with was the bathrooms are so clean since I went straight to wash my hands first. We ordered burritos for the kids they loved them didn't leave a bite, I ordered "tacos al pastor" my husband "carne asada" absolutely delicious, lots of meat, clean not greasy or fat on the meat. I was greeted as I entered, the place was small but clean, and in the corner was a salsa bar that was no longer in use because of the Pandemic. I ordered a couple of tacos and a Mexican coke. The tacos were small but flavorful and they filled me up. I wish I had tried their refried beans and rice and plan to do so the next time I stop by. This is more of a grab and go type place but they do have several small tables where you can sit. Usually a good little spot. I'm not sure what happened today. Is there new ownership maybe? Anyway, I was craving their chicken quesadilla so I sent my husband to pick it up. I'm not sure what they sent home with him, but it's certainly not a quesadilla. It is so oily that you can't even pick it up. There is a puddle of oil sitting on the bottom of the container. This is not consistent with what I know their food to be like. The tortilla looks like wet paper and just flakes off the cheese. The chicken is chewy and it came without the flavor infused sour cream that goes so well with the quesadilla. It's pretty disappointing. I gave 3 stars because I've had good experiences there before, but today was a 1 Star experience, which is unfortunate because it makes me hesitant to go back. The burger is great but definitely not worth the prices. The corn on the esquites is canned corn not fresh. The tacos are way overpriced. If this place wants to stay around they need to figure out how to make their prices make sense. They have a combo that is fries and a burger - no drink! TERRIBLE FOOD! I tried the tacos and they were disgusting and tasteless, but decided to give them another chance and try the chicken burrito. That was absolutely terrible, It was just a bland tortilla canned re fried beans and tasteless chicken. The guacamole was sour and tasteless, the salsas were sour and not spicy at all they tasted like tap water. Even the tortilla chips were disgusting, i know what your thinking "How can you mess up a tortilla chip" I thought the same thing... Don't waste your time or money here...
