I was going into pacsun with very high hopes of finding some decent clothes however instead I was met with rude workers. Going into the store I was met with a negative atmosphere and bad overall energy. As I was looking around it has some questions about sizing, it was very difficult finding a worker to answer some of my questions especially since nobody came to check that I was finding everything okay. When I finally managed to find a worker, I was trying to ask my question and she kept giving glances over to her coworker and laughing. I felt like I wasn't being taken seriously. After I finally asked my question receiving a very short and snarky answer, I went back to shopping. Minutes later I set my drink down right next to me while my hands were fold clothes. I was planning on picking up my drink after finding the correct sizing. I didn't think this would be a big deal, as the drink was right on the table next to me. Right as I am sorting through the shirts I hear this loud obnoxious voice taking up the entire store. I look up to meet eyes with this rude brown curly haired girl. Everyone looks at me as she says "is this your drink?", at this point I'm very confused because the drink is a couple feet away from me, so obviously it is mine. But still for clarification I say "which drink?" she looks over to her co-worker and mouths something then starts laughing. The entire store is watching this unfold as she's speaking loudly she says "the Chipotle one" well laughing and pointing. The cup was mine but it was right next to me. I said "Oh yes that is mine can I pick it up in a second after I'm done looking at these shirts? She looks at me like I'm crazy and says "no!" well laughing "pick it up now or leave the store". I was not at all trying to be difficult so I say yes of course I'm so sorry and before I can finish she looks me up and down and walks away. The entire store is looking at me and I decided to leave without anything. Will not be going back and very disappointing! Hopefully that brown haired rude girl gets what she deserves soon! read more

So Pacman and Pacgirl got together and had a little Pac-son. And this place is named after him! Sleepy little store over at the Ridgedale Mall out in the west suburbs of Minneapolis. It's not bad and I kind of like it but it's also expensive and it's sometimes a little awkward when you're the only one in the store and they're asking if you want to buy something and you know that you're not going to be buying anything. I bumped them from 3 to 4 because I asked Bae and she said she adores this store from when we went in here. read more

Worst experience in a retail store, feels like it's being managed by a high school student. Everyone acted like they didn't want to be there, when asking a question they acted as if I was inconveniencing them, when waiting in a long line with 2 cashiers, one of them completely shut down her register and said "I'm off" didn't even acknowledge the customers, when asking the other employee to open she dragged her feet, grabbed her cell phone and walked away while texting on the floor. While at the register buying my items one of the employees walked up and interrupted to ask where a sweater goes when there was an employee NOT helping a customer who she could have easily asked. This was THHEE most unprofessional establishment I have ever been to. Being a manager myself I would be mortified if ANY of my customers felt the way I did when I left, I would give this a 0 if I could. read more

Great experience here! The staff was very friendly and professional. They greeted me immediately after I took one foot into the store. The store was spacious with more clothes than more locations. The clothes were organized by sections. And I just love how the sales section was kept cleaned and even more organized. The experience was pleasant and I really enjoyed my shopping here and was able to pick up a few items. I also love the fact there is no sales tax on clothes since I'm from CA! There are two workers at this Pacsun that are horrible. Some dumb blond who always wears lulu lemon and some tall skinny dude who wears a lot of backwards baseball caps. The girl especially is terrible. She is rude and very unprofessional. She glares at you when you walk by and makes me feel like I'm being judged. The dude is also rude and very unhelpful too. They both act like they don't want to be there at all and like they're too good for everyone. Like if you're going to act like that, quit!! I honestly wish I could rate this store a 0/5 stars because of their poor customer service and my experiences there! read more

Whenever I need hip, trendy clothes to impress my peers, Pacsun is the place to be. From joggers to chinos, and 3 quarter tees to full jackets, vests to windbreakers, this is the place to be. BUT only go to the one at the Mall of America. 10/10 would shop again read more
