So I went in there with the intentions to just browse around until I saw the buy one get one free sign and I was like okay shit there goes my money. Found this awesome modern amusement shirt that I wanted. They didn't have my size but Cassie (awesome personality) called another store for me which unfortunately they ended up not having my size but Cassie was so awesome that I didn't mind and settled for another shirt. I don't know about some of these other people's experience here but mine was awesome. I was greeted immediately, I was told about sale items (which I love to know about and had great sales on shirts) and was treated with respect throughout my time in the store. The manager who was working at that time (I believe her name was Charlene) was very kind and helpful. She had the store and the workers on top of their game. Great experience overall. F***ing ridiculous honestly I don't understand how a store could have such a high demand from customers and be so highly known for its store items when they can't even fulfill simple orders that are placed. Honestly I would rate it 0 stars if I could. I'm not trying to say this from bias but from what I have experienced It has been nothing but a waste of time. First and foremost, I'm speaking on behalf of the online store, I haven't been to this specific store but it was the closest place I could rate to where they shop out there orders in Anaheim, CA. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE would be my best advice. On cyber Monday I decided to order from here as a was referred to by a friend. I have known about Pacsun of course but I always loved the clothes and selection they have to offer. When I saw the sales I quickly ordered and everything was confirmed. My total was extremely low and I was able to pick out a fair amount of items. Mind you I check my bank account and the order price has been withdrawn from my account of course. I give them my number to check updates on my purchases and fast forward a week I receive text I get I click on. The text lead me to track my order and I notice one item is randomly cancelled. I'm confused so I check my bank account and see my money is just put back. I'm even more confused so I go to the link they sent me and click track shipping and it says that the rest of the items that have already been shipped are cancelled too...? Before it told me everything was basically set in stone confirmed so of course I call customer service because I don't understand the meaning behind this. I call, get put on hold for forever, just for them to tell me like yeah you're order is cancelled. And I tell them that I ordered on Cyber Monday so I was supposed to get this all for a discount and if I try to order it again it will be double the price perhaps even triple. The poor lady has to deal with my frustration but I begin to explain to her that it makes no sense to say that these items are cancelled because they are out of stock when the website sold it to me in the first place. She basically sound like this ‍ and says the money was put back so I should just try and place another order.... I was so fed up, she tells me that they can give me "a discount". I tell her to explain more about this discount because if my time has already been wasted for this long might as well hear what she has to say. She says I need to completely place an order and then I'll get one. How? I'm gonna place an order for things that I no longer can reasonably buy because they are full price and then she's gonna somehow find my order and give me what a 10% discount i don't even understand how she thought that was gonna work so I just gave up. I said bye because I couldn't deal with this bull****. It just wastes my time when I could've gotten great Cyber Monday deals from some other retail store, which I wish I did. So don't be stupid like me. It's so frustrating when you appreciate a store like this and for once give it a chance and attempt to purchase from this and they throw so many obstacles and end up sh**ting on you, like they did to me. Needs to provide better customer service. Seven people waiting in line for all vacant fitting rooms, four people on the floor, and no assistance. The only helpful employee was Jenny. Store management definitely needs to set up to the responsibilities of actually managing a real store and human resources should be more selective as to whom they put in charge to represent their name. It may be a store targeted for teenagers, but it doesn't mean their employees should be as immature as them. read more

Terrible customer service. There was only 1 person working so I was interrupted twice while trying to return some stuff. Everything had their tags still attached and I had only tried them on once. The moody associate snapped at me saying she won't take. 2 items back because they look worn. I'm so offended I had to put this bad review up. I have done retail for a few years back in hs so I get it but still, its not okay to assume. She pointed out some faint stains on the merchandise which I wasn't even aware of when I bought them but that can't be the first time there's a stain on their merchandise. Anyway, I'm going to be real careful next time and hold everything up to the light so i don't have to deal with this. read more

I was disappointed that it's not an outlet like a majority of the other stores at this mall. It is a good store though. It's spacious and well stocked. The clothes are really cute. Even though I'm too old for their clothes I almost always see something I like. Don't be scared by the fact that their clothes are made for teenagers. read more

The only reason why this place deserves a 5 star is because of an associate named Nina and the customer service she provided for me. Although being an extremely busy Saturday, she helped me with everything I needed while running back and forth helping everyone else. I extremely appreciate her patience in taking the time to look for sizes for my jeans. Once I had all that I needed I went to pay and while I was waiting, I witnessed her running to the fitting room opening dressing rooms for customers, explaining sales the store had, as well as accommodating everyone's needs. I came in on Tuesday (yesterday) around 2 or 3 in the afternoon in hopes of buying particular items that H&M or Forever 21 would have to offer but luckily, I walked into here and had great customer service with better deals (buy get one free) that one of the girls at the front had helped me out with. She rung me up at the end and I felt way more comfortable shopping here than the other stores. I couldn't remember her name but I really appreciated her walking me over to different parts of the store for the requests that I was asking for. The girls were so nice and helpful. I'm very disappointed with their customer service. If you're planning to go to pacsun I do not recommend going here especially on Saturday around 6 pm. An employee (girl who has chest length black hair with side bangs and very heavy makeup) was extremely rude to not me but my mom. I personally do not understand why it is so difficult to return an item for cash & get a another item in a different size using a gift card. My mom wanted to return jeans just to get her cash back & use her gift card instead. As she was explaining this to the cashier who I described above, she was yelling at my mom saying they don't do that here. By yelling I mean I heard this women across the store. I don't appreciate how she couldn't just explain to my mom why they couldn't do it instead of just yelling. I came over to my mom and she sharply asked me for the receipt when we had already handed it to her prior. She constantly kept asking for the receipt and rolling her eyes. After getting our cash back my mom kindly said thank you and the cashier rudely said "he'll help you instead" and walked away from us. I do not appreciate her disrespect against an adult and we will not be coming back her anytime soon. read more
