Sonja was the customer service rep that assisted and helped me with the return/exchange. Sonja did an outstanding job, was kind and patient with me, and worked her magic even when the computer system tried to yell at her. She made my exchange really easy and I appreciate that! I walked into this store a year ago, and it is now practically my home away from home. I love the…read morespace; the location is perfect, and the highly professional employees make me feel at home. I go to BR for my same-day outfits, trusting that they will have something available for me. The selections are great; I believe they could use more sizes; however, I have never needed something so badly that I could not get it from this location. I cannot name any specific members because they are all equally supportive and professional. The jewelry selection is not the best, but they tend to go well with various outfits; I like to call them occasion outfits.

I had an item to return that my wife bought the day before. I had my receipt in hand. However, I had to have the card used to purchase said item to get a refund. So what happens when someone brings in something as a gift with a receipt? This is a ridiculous and very non-customer friendly way to work. I only come here sparodically to check if they have something I need at a discount. I will stick with other discount stores in the future, which Spokane has a few of. This store is okay. It was clean and fairly organized. The selection of clothes was okay. The dressing rooms were okay. The check-out experience at the cash was okay. Everything was passable; just nothing stood out as being stellar, or really anything to write home about. I ended up getting two tops for $12.99 each. The price points of clothing (and most other merchandise) are consistently good at TJ Maxx, wherever you go. Therein is the major draw. All in all, if I had a longer stay in Spokane next time I'm down this way, I'd probably return to check out what's here, as it is hit-or-miss if you find something. But if I were only in town for a weekend (like this past visit), I'm not sure I'd swing by.

And at this point we decided to leave. After she gave us no reason for why we could stay. And then when we call back and complain the next manager tells me her name and then tells me that it's private property and that they can do whatever they want once I tell him this story and then act like he didn't know her name when I asked for it again. So we decided to sit in the parking lot a little longer to figure out what we're going to do about this and had to go about talking to her and get us to go in there and look for shoes cuz they got a good deals and we just wanted a pair of shoes. About 30 minutes later after her customer that was in there and leaves she comes out locks the doors and goes to her car parked 3 cars from us and get in the car and no lie on everything I love she pulls out a meth pipe and starts smoking whatever is in that pipe. And not only did she pull out a pipe she pulls out a foil and a straw to her mouth she lights up whatever's on the foil. So needs to say she has a drug problem so maybe that's her problem because we never been a problem in any store and personal don't know anything about drugs other than the worst and that explains her behavior. She needed a fix and couldn't be bothered with another customer till afterwards.

They are a little spendy if you don't find a good sale but for the most part, they always have a sale going on. I like to order online and get my items shipped to the store. I am able to try them on there and if they don't fit, the return/exchange process is easy peasy! I had to exchange about 4 pairs of leggings for a smaller size and it was no trouble at all. The ladies who work there are super friendly and always helpful. I've not had a bad experience here yet. The store is a little cramped and the layout is kinda weird but they have a lot of great stuff!!
