This place wasn't at all what I expected. For some reason I thought I was going to a sit down restaurant. And don't get me wrong it does have tables and chairs for you to have a sit down meal which we did last night. When you walk in I immediately thought oh this is more of a carry out place. This place is busy!! So you know their food has got to be delicious! We dined in and just sat ourselves. A waitress came over and asked us if it was for dine in or Carry out as she brought the silverware with her. We dined in - she brought menus. We did feel like we waited a bit to order but you can't be too upset because you can see clearly they are busy. The food came out quickly. They had customer picking up orders, coming to order carry out and 2 other tables dining in with us. Next time I would probably do carry out because all you hear is the chefs always cooking. But that's a personal preference. The servers were friendly and even as we check out they were apologizing for their service with being so busy. This wouldn't deter me from coming again. I took pictures of their menu and the food we ordered. We got the drunken noodles, green curry with tofu, and pineapple fried rice with shrimp. I also had the Thai iced tea. I have to say everything was delicious!!!! I have to admit I'm a bit of a harsh critic when it comes to all Asian food because I eat a lot of it. I placed a $30 takeout order for my son and I this evening at Pad Thai Cuisine & was a little underwhelmed by the experience, considering all the 5-star Yelp reviews. We had the Pepper Beef, Beef Pad Thai and a couple of orders of spring rolls. The pepper beef was delicious -- the meat was tender and flavorful and the veggies were cooked perfectly. The spring rolls were amazing as well. The main problem I had was with the Pad Thai. The noodles were congealed into one giant clump and the egg was overcooked to the point that it was singed a dark brown. The meat was sparse and the scallions were cooked to the point of translucency. It was so unenjoyable that I only had a few bites before tossing it out completely. We were initially excited to try Pad Thai Cuisine but after the experience we had this evening we will probably go elsewhere in the future for Pad Thai. read more

This is in my opinion on of the best Thai restaurants I order red curry soup. Honestly it has to be cooked a certain way, otherwise there are floating chunks of coconut. I hate that. This baby had me craving Thai so we all got in the car to try this place last night. My husband had tried it previously and gave it the thumbs up so I decided it was worth a shot. I've eaten at a lot of really good Thai places having grown up in Hawaii. Here in Fayetteville any type of Asian food is hit or miss but baby wanted Tom Yum so we went. My daughter wanted fried rice so she got the house fried rice. It was loaded with meat and she loved it. The rest of us tried it and there were no complaints. It was tasty and hit the spot. My son had the shrimp pad thai. He has a peanut allergy and they were very good about leaving out the peanuts. The noodles were good and tasty and spicy enough but not crazy hot. If there were peanuts in it then it would have been better. But alas my son can't have them - poor kid. I had the shrimp tom yum. It wasn't spicy at all and the broth reminded me more of the filipino sour soup sinigang. It was a little short on lemon grass flavor as well but nevertheless it was tasty and loaded with vegetables and a ton of shrimp. Baby was happy. Went to Pad Thai Cuisine last night for a take out dinner with a friend. The waitress was nice and offered some suggestions to my friend as it was his first time going there. He ordered Thai pork with extra pork and I ordered broccoli and beef. Both came with white rice. The Thai Pork came in this yellow/brownish greasy sauce that made it seem more like a soup versus a main entrée. My friend said that it tasted okay, but the sauce turned him off--he ended up eating it anyway as he was hungry. The broccoli and beef was in a light brown sauce that was not too heavy and there was a variety of vegetables in the mix other than broccoli. The taste was nothing special, but it satisfied my want for Chinese. In my opinion there could have been way more broccoli in the dish, especially for the price of $10.99. I think that Pad Thai is a great place to go for quick Thai/Chinese fusion food, but for the price I think that the quality could be better and the amount could be a lot more. I plan on doing a search of Fayetteville for better quality Chinese cuisine. read more

Hard to leave an accurate number of stars for this place, because the Thai food was great.. but they have a small section of typical Chinese food dishes (General Tsos etc) and it was THE WORST Chinese food we have EVER had! Food is AMAZING! Staff is AMAZING. Not being able to enjoy your food while it's hot in the dining area is a HUGE problem. Sign says "can't find good help and won't open the dining room anytime soon". I get it. But it's not a staffing problem. It's the lack of doing what's best for the customer. What staff do you need for us to enjoy your meal there? You could still serve everything in to go containers and provide us with drinks or refills without interfering with your day-to-day operations. Visited Pad Thai for a quick dinner with the fam bam. Walking in you immediately get greeted by one of their servers and asked if we are eating in house or doing take out. We were confused by this until 5 minutes into sitting down for a meal at their tables. Pad Thai pushes out a ton of take out meals and the noise of their kitchen is loud. They are extremely popular as several people came in to grab a meal to go that was called ahead. I lost count after 7 since my meal came to me and I was face first in my plate. Our server brought us water and large cups of jasmine tea. She as very sweet and attentive. She made sure that we had everything we needed and doubled backed to check on the tot. Hubs ordered the green curry with rice. He was nice enough to share a bite with me. The broth was delicious and rich without being heavy. The bamboo shoots were shaved and so tender. I was half expecting canned bamboo and was pleasantly surprised. He also got an order of golden wings. The wings were fried crispy and coated in a sweet and spicy sauce. It was delicious! I ordered the Pad kee mow with chicken and tofu (half and half protein). So delicious! It was completely understandable why I was face first into the plate eating and lost count of how many take out orders were coming into the door. The ingredients were fresh and crunchy. Chicken was tender. The tofu was small fried triangles and delicious. I would have been happy with just tofu as my main protein. Next time, I will ask for double protein. I also recommend sharing the Pad Kee Mow with someone or taking the leftovers as lunch. It is a large portion for me, and I shared with the tot and hubs. All in all a good meal. I usually get a TOGO order from here but today a friend and I ate here for lunch. When we walked in the friendly staff greeted us and told us to sit wherever and they would be right over. It's a small restaurant but not cramped or overly decorated or any of that jazz. They have a very reasonably priced lunch menu which I didn't know about since I usually write dinner. My pad Thai was super good although every time I ask for a lot of spice I feel like they still go light. I like my food spicy! Terrible place all the food .. Pho soup and noodles tasted sour. The owners wife gave us the wrong plate / someone else's order when we came back and showed her we were handed the wrong order she tried to blame me instead of taking responsibility. She literally asked me why I took the wrong order when I gave her my name and order number for the pick up which also was bundled up and uncheckable without undoing the knot placed on the top of the bag. She became very irate and argumentative. She exclaimed "Well what am I supposed to do about this order ?!? We lose money on this ??!" I explained to her I was not there to argue about the mistake just that I wanted the order fixed which I was taking to my nieces. Her husband and co-owner was very kind and professional but that did nothing to curb the loud mouth and bad attitude of his disagreeable wife. As I said thank you to him for fixing the order I guess she didn't feel satisfied and she yelled from behind me "You don't have to come back!!" I stepped back inside and politely explained "Ma'am You can guarantee I will not be back here and I won't buy food for family members from here ever again" I have not been back and it has been over a year. I got the house fried rice. The portion is huge! Enough for at least three meals out of one order. Compared to boomna thi, this places fried rice was sub-par.
