Today jul 23, 2026 I was calling before 2 pm to do a order . No one answered the phone I called over 10 times! I get there and the lady was rude and saying they are closed........ how are you closed when they don't close for lunch till 3pm. It's 2:20 pm. The lady says after being rude said who the fuck gone cook the food! If you let the employees go early then change your hours . I'm a person that doesn't eat much so when I get hungry I want what I want ! And then you have employees or managers that will give your restaurant a bad name or reputation and make people don't return no matter how good the food is when customer service sucks . Pretty average place for Thai food. They have a selection of Thai and Chinese dishes. What I got: Pad See Ew: you definitely get a lot of food for your order, but the food is pretty bland. Tastes mostly like a dish of noodles mixed with different meats and broccoli. The sauce, if there is any, doesn't do much to really bring the dish together into harmony. A good thing is that the service is pretty quick. Went on a Friday evening and there was a line to order, but the line moved pretty fast. I thought it would take a while for the food but took about 10-15 minutes to be ready. If you're just looking for a quick bite to eat that will leave you full this is the place for you. Ordered Thai Fried Rice, with choice of meat, with onions, broccoli, scallions, cucumbers, tomatoes, and eggs. Problem: I was never asked about my meat choice. I chose, based upon the menu photo. I am highly allergic to shrimp, and so, after the wait staffer boxed up my food, bagged it, and tied up the bag, and Iarrived home in Sanford, I only then became aware that there was shrimp in my order! THEY never asked what my meat choice was; I did not know to tell them I was allergic to shrimp. Bad communication, on both sides. Upon calling the restaurant and informing them of the issue, they made no effort to rectify the problem, merely informing me that I ought to have informed them of my shrimp allergy. $11 thrown away, and a lesson learned: ASK /INFORM them of my wants. They, too, ought to have, as I've said, asked me what my meat choice was, and not assume that I wanted shrimp. read more

Went to Asian Express after a recommendation by a colleague and I am so glad that he did. I ordered take out and I love that tell you that they use MSG and to let them know if you have any allergies to it. I told them that I would like to have no MSG and instead of fried rice with my broccoli beef I asked for white rice. The woman who took my order was very nice and patient; when my order was finished she opened up the box and had me check it. The food looked and smelled delicious--full of thick chunks of beef, carrots, broccoli, and onions. The light brown sauce that complemented/covered the meat and vegetables was amazing. I got my food home and quickly opened it--it tasted even better than it looked. I thought that it was so nice that when I was walking out she caught up to me and brought me my spring rolls that were left out of my bag by accident. I think that I definitely found one of the best Chinese spots near Bragg. I have tried a few others and I was not impressed--I was very impressed by this one and I will return! read more

This place is so good!!! I always get there shrimp fried rice with Extra jumbo shrimp. Sometime I get the pug tai also. The portions are pretty large you can share 2 dishes for a family of four. The spring rolls are really good! Not over stuffed and are made fresh. The catch about Asian Express the other locations do not taste the same as the one on Reilly rd. The only reason I gave them 4 stars vs. 5 is because sometime they don't answer the phone when they have a full house or a-lot of call in orders or they are about to close. read more

Woman said it was $30, I explained I just wanted the standard side of rice that came with the chicken and she acted visibly annoyed. I waited 20mins for my food, which is standard, and when I got home (.75miles away) it was disgusting. Chicken was absolutely disgusting. Sauce was watery and dirt brown.
