The chicken itself was incredibly moist and flavorful. I was secretly hoping for crispier skin, but honestly the flavor made up for it. Before leaving, I ordered the sausage with sticky rice plus both the shrimp and pork spring rolls to-go because I already knew I was going to want more later. The spring rolls were SO fresh and delicious. The shrimp wasn't overcooked, the pork was tender, and that peanut sauce absolutely tied everything together. The sausage was another standout, very flavorful, juicy, easy to chew, and perfect with the sticky rice. My only regret was forgetting to ask for chili oil before I left... thankfully I had some at home because it took everything to the next level. The Khao Man Gai is essentially a Thai interpretation of the Chinese dish, Hainan Chicken Rice. The dishes are a healthier, cleaner-tasting version of some of the dishes you can expect at most local dine-in restaurants. I have also not tried any of the fried and skewed meat dishes here that are usually my "cup of tea" and have deeper flavor profiles.
