You can taste the depth, richness, and care that goes into it. It's incredibly flavorful without being overpowering, comforting without feeling heavy, and perfectly balanced every single time. Seriously, this is the kind of pho you crave constantly after trying it once. Their pork belly banh mi is honestly my favorite in the world!!! The pork belly is perfectly tender with just the right amount of crispiness, the bread is fresh and crunchy, and all the flavors come together perfectly. I've tried banh mi from so many places and nothing compares to this one. The dipping sauce ! Are you kidding me?!! And the ban xeo? Absolutely to die for. Crispy, savory, packed with flavor, and paired with fresh herbs and dipping sauce that take it to another level. Every bite is perfection. On top of the incredible food, the atmosphere is modern, welcoming, and comfortable. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel taken care of. The owner walks around and greets all the guests, like who does that! They make you feel like family. They also have a full bar, which is such a great bonus, and their lychee drink is my personal favorite! It's refreshing, delicious, and the perfect pairing with the meal. Easily the best Pho broth in Fresno/Clovis or in general. 5/5 for me. First Impressions: Great looking restaurant in a pretty nice location in Clovis. One of the few to have an open bar as well. I ordered the 2nd option Pho on the menu along with an iced Vietnamese coffee which plus tip, came out to $36. Food: Their Pho broth is one of the best I've had. I've eaten at many places in the Bay Area and Orange County and this one wins hands down. Broth had the right amount of saltiness where I didn't need to add much. And you can actually taste the spices which I'm pretty huge on. Big flavor bomb indeed. Cons: My only knock is skimming on the noodles and meat. For $18, you do pay a little higher than most places. I'd definitely pay that for the quality alone but felt shorted. Customers are smart, they pick up on things all the time. I just wish this was improved and this place easily gets a 5 star. The place is definitely nicer than your average pho spot. However, the experience was ruined by the wait. We ordered mango sticky rice for dessert, and after sitting there for over 40 minutes waiting for it, we finally just gave up. It shouldn't take that long for a simple dessert, especially at these prices. We ended up just asking to cancel the order, paid our bill, and left. It's definitely time for an updated review, because at this point my husband and I are here at least once a month, and the food is consistently good every single visit. The owner and team are just genuinely cool people, the kind that make the place feel comfortable the moment you walk in. One thing we really appreciate is how well they know their regulars. They remember faces, names, and even our whole order, which still makes us laugh every time. When we came in for my husband's birthday, Jack brought out their mango dessert with a candle, and the entire restaurant sang to him. It was funny, sweet, and exactly the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. The pork chop plate is always a standout. Ordered to-go: 2 of their special phos, and 2 of their special sandwiches, and 1 order of eggrolls. When trying out a place for the first time makes sense order their "specials" right? And you can't forget about the eggrolls, it's a quintessential item to get to as an appetizer... Onto the pho, I am not pho purest nor claim to be one, so I can't comment on the elements that a purest would as I like to jazz up my pho broth. Amount of food to price ratio and quality is 'mid' when compared to other pho place establishments. The special bowl is ~$24, and for that price point I was expecting more: more quantity or more quality. The special "tom tom" Bahn mi: no pate, no mayo, obviously it's not stated on the menu. Somehow I was still expecting it to have these traditional elements... anywho, the bread was not fresh; did not have crunch or flavor I anticipated. The egg was not runny as described on the menu. The carrots and daikon were not as pickled per the norm and were cut a slight bit thicker than the usual size one would expect in a bahn mi. It did come with a side of "dipping broth" which reminded me of a bbq pork flavored watered down broth, which was room temperature. That wasn't enough IMO to balance the texture of the meat to bread to veggie combination that was happening. The eggroll appetizer: you get 4 in one order. They were crispy, fresh, had a good meat to veggie ratio and came with the typical thick sweet chili sauce for dipping. Overall, these were decent when it came to flavor profile. You get 4 for $8.50. Onto "ambiance": it's clean, well lit, with windows, and multiple tables with adequate spacing in between, or at least it seemed that way when I walked in. Floors were not sticky nor greasy, which in some pho places, IYKYK. My 2 Cents: This is a good option to have in the area it is in as there are not many options for pho or traditional Vietnamese cuisine in that neighborhood--so keep it up Phoever! The locals in the vicinity there seem to rate it well so it's serving that purpose well. It's a clean, safe option if you need a pho fix and not wanting to drive out to other pho establishments. read more

I've been here many times. It's always been consistent, clean, and plenty of food. Recently, I ordered a N4 (Vermicelli tofu bowl) to go. It was delicious and I couldn't finish my food! The menu is a little on the pricey side but I feel like the quantity of food you're given makes up for it. I've also had the pho and spring rolls here too. Both of those are delicious. Tried this out recently, it's so-so. Since we live literally in the middle of Fresno, I would say the trip wouldn't be worth it for the pho and the price. For a small bowl of pho, it's $14 but I could have gotten a medium for the same price at a closer spot and same taste. As someone that always order meat ball phos, I'm used to how meatballs should be. The texture of their meatballs were just off. But I would say they give decent amount of meatballs for the size. My brother also ordered a bahn mi to go. Bread was burnt, insides are dried and he said the jalapeños just feels off. Picture below. Servers were nice and polite. Food came out at a decent time. This is my second time here and both times have been wonderful! Staff were very friendly both times and were always quick. They made sure we had everything we needed and refilled drinks as needed. Food was really good!! First time I got Pho, broth was tasty and didn't taste watered down. This time I got the vermicelli bowl with meat/eggrolls and shrimp. I got a lot of fatty pieces though :( but other than that, it was tasty. We also tried a sandwich which was good. Their spring rolls were a little disappointing. Service is very friendly and the food came out relatively fast. Not many other people dining in for an early 5pm dinner. Finally got over to PhoEver and what a treat it was! Their cocktails were great, we had an Old Fashioned and a Blueberry Basil Smash. They offer a variety of whiskey and a selection of beers, we enjoyed a draft Sapporo with our meal perfectly pairing with the spice. The servers/bartenders were great, being attentive even when the restaurant got quite the rush! Our meal started with beautifully light and crisp egg rolls and evolved into some truly magnificent Banh Mi. We enjoyed the pork belly and Tom Tom's Fully Loaded Special (insert chefs kiss), the bread so light and crisp, the pickled daikon and carrots juicy with the perfect crunch, meats tender all tied together with a sweet/savory au jus. About $50 for 2. Man we gotta stay home more often, lol. Bf says beef broth on the sweeter side. My veggie pho was clean, light and also on the sweeter side. We both weren't too fond of the sweetness. Lots of noodles. Not enough broth for my bowl. Noodles and veggies were absorbing my broth. The soup is delicious, noodles aren't "dirty", and the meat does not have excessive fat like many of the other places I have gone too. The service is good and the menu is easy to understand. This small place is like a well-oiled machine. Walking in you wait by the door and someone will allow you to sit at a table when they greet you. Menus were given right away and within a few minutes we got water. The server I swear had perfect timing whenever she approached the table. She was attentive and repeated back the order for reassurance. The tables are super spacious and organized and I found that having a napkin dispenser at the table to be really convenient. I was not disappointed with this place. It filled up super fast during dinner time so there can be a possible wait. The place itself is cute, modern, and very clean! They sell shirt with super cute, punny designs as well. Our waitress was nice! Their pho is delicious but for this particular visit I decided to get the Bún bò Huế and it was great! The broth was rich, earthy, and had a touch of sweetness. My family got their pho, vermicelli beef bowl, and a grilled pork bánh mì, and I got to try those too! Those dishes were equally as delicious. You can't go wrong with anything here, that's for sure.
