I'm updating my previous review to reflect that I was refunded for the tree I was dissatisfied with and only charged for the others. However, I was asked to remove my review entirely, which I did not find appropriate. More concerning, the provider came to my home and pounded on my door to pressure me to change the review. A better outcome might have been simply completing the work as agreed, which would've avoided all of this. I have used his services several times over the past two years, but recently he hasn't returned my phone calls. I can only assume that he has moved on to more lucrative opportunities. They were absolutely incredible!! They arrived bright and early with a team of workers. They did a HUGE job. We purchased a home that had a severely overgrown yard. There were five or six trees that needed desperate trimming, the side incline was very overgrown with weeds and bushes were out of control. They were able to do all the work, including removing a couple smaller trees that were located in very bad areas (next to the house or fence line). I couldn't have asked for a better job on our yard. It really was incredible. Looks like a different house. And they were extremely reasonable pricing. We had multiple bids and they were the best value.
