Had some Queen palms in the front of my mom's house that needed to go. The maintenance to have it professionally trimmed was waning on us, so we opted to have it removed. A crew of 5 professionals showed up to trim it, remove it from top to bottom showed with a mulched to remove it all. They even let me take trees I cut down myself and mulched them for me for a little bit extra. We had 5 massively overgrown trees and they showed up in a team of 5. Cut everything. Got it to the road. Mulched it and we're out the door by dinner time. Yard was cleaner than it was before they got there. Would happily use them again. Great to have Padilla Tree Service do the tree removal work. An estimate for the tree service was provided online shortly after I submitted my request along with some photos. Eduardo came out the next day to confirm the details of the job requested. He was on time, honest, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He communicated details of his work clearly. There were many of my containers of plants around the trees that needed to be moved away to make room so his crew could access to the trees. But he said I did not have to move the ones that were heavy and his crew would move them upon their arrival to start the job. (I'm a senior. It turned out my son was available to help me move all those pots). The crew covered my artificial grass and hardscape with plywood sheets during the work. It did not take long for them to remove five palm trees and grind the two stumps - done exactly as Eduardo had advised me. Great crew, on time, professional, polite - they arrived early, were easy to work with, respected my properties, cleaned up nicely after job completion, seemed always have smiles on their faces. I received this message, "I traveled from Orange County at the time you told me so you wouldn't attend. That's not right.
