A part had arrived with minor damaged so it it took a couple days to receive the replacement. They did amazing work with the assembly of my new bike regardless of the delay. Staff was very inviting and helpful. When I picked up my bike they made sure I had everything I needed before I left. The selection here is abundant and the staff is very knowledgeable about every single, solitary product they sell. As far as brands, they carry Giant and Liv, but those are the only two Your Host is definitely aware of. You may want to reach out to them (recommended) or stop in (more recommended) to learn what B3 carries first-hand. In addition, they have a huge selection of accessories such as bike computers, helmets (Darlings, please don't ride without one...seriously), maintenance items, etc. etc. etc. to keep you riding safe and your cycling adventures as enjoyable as possible. SERVICE: In a nutshell, top-notch, and turnaround time is fairly quick. In addition to the usual repair and maintenance services, they have a precision bike-fitter on staff who can properly fit you on your bike and make it as comfortable for you as possible.
