I randomly broke a spoke on my bike, and Padi's fixed it, no problem. Eight days later, the tire went flat. Valve problem. I took the wheel to Padi's and he immediately repaired the valve at no cost. That's excellent customer service. read more

If you're in the market to buy a roadbike go somewhere else. Love the store have been going here for years, but they just simply do not specialize in roadbikes. I wish they did because the guys here are so nice and help out so much. The owner is a super nice guy who is extremely knowledgeable. I hope they shift toward selling more roadbikes in the future because I think it would help their business. That's the only thing holding them back from being a 5 star. ALSO they do not fit your bike properly, other stores set you up to a trainer to make sure your leg stroke is proper and saddle height is correct to fit you and the fact that they don't do that is shocking. read more

Had a positive experience here getting my sons bicycle fixed. Upon shifting gears the chain would fall off and get caught in between the gears and brakes needed adjusting. Brought the bike to Padi's, explained problem, they gave me a reasonable price quote to fix the problem. I gave the ok and bike was repaired in a timely matter and they promptly called me to pick it up. The quote price was the price I paid. No sneaky hidden charges. I took the bicycle for a long ride and it was better than new! It's a couple of months already and stills rides perfect. Had my bike tuned up recently, What a waste of money! Shifting gears were a lot smoother before the tuneup, also the front brake pad rubbed the tire hard after the tuneup.Clearly the person who worked on it never checked it.Shoddy work at best! read more

I stopped by to grab a new tire and inner tube. I was being helped by a man named Kenny/ Ken. While I was being helped I recieved a phone call from my wife. I answered it. He walked away and I could hear him call me a "fucking prick" because I answered my phone. My friend who was shopping with me called him out for it and said that wasn't the way he should run a business and Ken responded by saying that he didn't really care. Wow. Just wow. After two visits to this bike shop I would NEVER go there again. My first experience was a simple flat repair; the tire was flat again in the morning. The second was on 6/5/16. The owner was extremely rude and outraged that I thought they could help me with a few minor bike adjustments. I had called ahead and was told they could do it with no problem. The attitude of the owner was not one that encouraged customer satisfaction. There are several other bike stores I would try first. read more
