We had such a blast doing the Wild West Room and she was super helpful when we got stuck.

I'm new to archery, and this is the only archery shop I have ever been in. So I'm not sure how it…read morecompares with other shops. With that said, I think this place is great. I came here with a pretty good idea of what I wanted, a good hunting bow to learn to shoot with and eventually take out in the field. I wanted a quality product, I wanted to skip the more introductory bows in an attempt to save money. The first time I came I was surprised at how busy it was! They shop is in a large basement under a strip mall off main, and 2/3 of the space is an archery range, I thought that was really cool. The staff was super nice but they had so many customers of different skill levels and they were really doing a good job to cater to them all. They could have said here buy this bow but instead said come back when we are a little less busy so we can better match you to the bow you want. I like that, they were more interested in getting the product I want instead of making a sale. When I came back they really did walk me step by step through the whole decision process, listened to what I was looking for, and showed me 3 different models of bows of varying price points. After I made my decision, they set it up with a good draw strength and measured me for the right size arrows. After the purchase I got a free archery lesson and 6 months of free range time. A very positive experience from beginning to end. If you're a beginner or a modern day Willam Tell, this is a great spot to shop for your archery needs.

Some good points about the place and people.. Some cool cats there willing to teach you and share their knowledge which was great for one who knows nothing. There are a few really good people working there{they are not the ones in charge though] The owner is a Bully [little person complex] My draw length was wrong. peep alingment was wrong. All my inserts came out on 1st set of arrows, 1 loose now on 2nd set. They did not have the patience for or listened to a beginner. Owner is special, we had an interaction. Old man Big mouth. I walked away. Not what I wanted to do. The good was good the bad was aweful. I will never go back, dissappointed. I am enjoying my Bow and Shooting just have to do it someplace else now.

The food was good and very easy to make. The demonstration happens at the beginning of the class, so having the instruction handout was very helpful when something was forgotten. Bad: Instructions ALL in the beginning. Unfortunately, there was snow on the day of my class, so we arrived late. We missed a good portion of the class in the beginning, so we missed how some of the equipment is turned on. It is also very difficult to remember all the step all at once if you are not an experience cook. They also only give a certain amount of sauces; I thought that some of the food could used more soy sauce but they only give you a set amount to use. Highlights: This would be very good with a group of 4 because they have the set up where you are facing another couple while you cook. I would recommend getting there early to settle and make a drink selection to have wine while you cook! If you need help, don't be afraid to ask; the chef is walking around to help everyone out. On to my next adventure...

I went here this past Saturday for an event. It was anything short of a disaster. The owner,…read moreKrystal, was probably the most unprofessional business owner I've ever met. She had her baby on the hip the entire event, which was alarming for a workshop where you can literally get hurt anywhere you turn. At one point, she had the baby in a walker and he was just walking around hitting into things and I almost tripped over him... I couldn't believe it honestly. Something could've fallen on him and it wasn't like this was a last minute event. This was planned way ahead of time where she could've found child care coverage for the day, it was no excuse. She was extremely rude to the children and parents alike, I was really taken back. I signed up beforehand on the website and when it was time to make the craft, my daughters name wasn't on the list. She shoved the list in my face and said "you didn't sign up!" I said "I know for a fact I signed up because I sat down with my daughter and I let her pick out exactly what craft she wanted". She then shoved the list back in my face and said "no you didn't, she's not on the list!" My daughter is 5, you're a business owner, it's a simple fix, what's with the attitude? My husband and I were strongly thinking about doing an event together there to make something. We would never go now after this. The crafts are extremely expensive too, not worth it.

My friend and I had a hankering to do something creative and to have a little "girls" afternoon…read more She had been here last summer, and suggested it. Looking over the website I was a bit hesitant as I saw the prices. I thought..."This seems a bit pricey...I'm not sure..." But I threw caution to the wind and decided, what the heck. You pick your date that you want to come to the workshop and you pick your project as well as the design. Upon arrival, your wood pieces are there for you as well as the stencils for your chosen design. You are provided a color sheet that has the paint colors, as well as the wood stain colors. There are a ton of examples on the walls too, as well as samples of different wood staining techniques. Ethan was helping out today and I have to say - I am not sure if our experience would have been as enjoyable if not for him. He was simply AMAZING. So kind, warm, engaging and helpful. He didn't mind when I picked out 5,3492 colors for my wood tray project. If I came back here, I'd want him to be working again. Anyways, I am not going to bore you with the step by step process but the three hours allotted kinda flew by. Depending on your project and the design/colors you pick, you will see why. In my tray with the art supplies, I wanted certain supplies to be "true" to real life and used multiple colors for a single item and this of course took time. The process is fun, easy and even for those who claim "they can't draw" or "they aren't creative" I call malarky - this is a place where you will absolutely have success and have a true one of a kind creation that you have made, and that you didn't purchase from Home Goods or something of the like. Head on down here for the afternoon with a friend or significant other and you are sure to have fun and get those creative juices flowing.
