This could be because of the lite staffing, the high volume area that it serves, etc. We have medication for our dog that we pick up from this location once a month. We've utilized both the drive through and the in-store checkout to get her prescription. Some days it's super speedy and there aren't any issues. Other days, it's an absolute disaster. Overall, I give this location four stars due to the amount of crazies it has to deal with as well with appearing to be as understaffed as they are. This is a healthhub location as well which gives customers the options for essentially doctors visits and routine shot administration. It's a clean and well organized location but I do hope that they find ways to work out peak hour rushes.

AI did not recognize my date of birth when keyed in on my telephone either. I left a voicemail indicating my date of birth, my prescription name, and prescription number to be filled. I arrived at the store the next day and signed in. The system had no record of my refill request. Then I was directed to stand in the drop offline. The employee at the drop off line apologized, found my refill info, and entered the request into the system. Then I waited for it to be filled and then waited in line to check out. Furthermore, usually store coupons are printed with my receipt. None today! When I asked the checkout person about the coupons, he said that only the receipt printed (obviously).

I accepted the date and time they suggested over the phone. Upon arrival i was questioned as to why i was getting the shots that day. I advised that it was their suggestion of date and time. I was shown a clipboard showing i was the only one scheduled that day and told it was their busiest day of the year. They offered the flu shot then but suggested I reschedule RSV as it takes some 15 minutes or so to prepare . While awaiting the flu shot to be administered i was then advised my Medicare ID was invalid due to a hack of the govt site. I told them it had been accepted at GBMC , by my PCP and my Dermatologist in the past week. I left with no vax administered. I called Medicare and was advised the Card # i had for the past 15 years had not been hacked and was ok. This week they would not fill a script for two blood pressure meds because they don't carry them? These are both readily available and widely prescribed throughout the USA. CVS, Walgreens etc. This script was marked received successfully by the "My Pharmacy" app they recommend for their patients. See photo below. Only upon arrival did they advise they wont fill the scripts. Everyone there is very nice but my experience has caused to me to move to another Pharmacy. Proceed with caution.

The one dress I wanted they only had smaller sizes mixed in. So I ended up with 1 dress. It was cute for work/church. Then I headed to the one section I dread, which was the hosiery and under garment section. I was glad to see the tights ai like that fit perfectly in my size, so I grabbed what I could. Then I picked up some knee highs in various colors. The prices were reasonable. I did find a pair of pantyhose in a specific color that I wanted, but I am feeling leery that they will not fit, but for the price I will take the gamble. Then I went to look for some underwear, which was a struggle since the sizes were all over the place. But I did manage to find the size and colors I wanted. Check out was a breeze. Lolita ( I think I spelled it right) was very accommodating since I didn't want to place my clothing onto the conveyor belt. She was very pleasant and made my day.

"I can't seem to find your prescription, are you sure you called it in?"; 2.) "You're out of refills". When I tell them I am not they say "You're right, I see it now"; and 3.) "We are currently out of stock but can have this ready in x amount of days". Weird because you told me it was ready to pick up yesterday. "Really? Did you receive a text confirmation?". It's always the customers fault. And I am not the only one- I have seen others have meltdowns in this place (rightfully so) because they were told a drug was out of stock and the pharmacy can't transfer the Rx to another pharmacy for one reason or another. There is absolutely no respect for patient privacy as the pharmacists loudly discuss names, DOB, insurance, Rx, etc. Once I "interrupted" a staff member on a personal call. Instead of hanging up she put her friend on speaker phone while she helped me. Her friend heard my name, address, DOB, and the prescriptions I was picking up! Speaking of staff, there seems to be a revolving door. Oh, and make sure to count your pills because I have been shorted on 3 separate occasions. Two days ago I received 25 pills instead of 30. This was after they told me they were out of the drug. They must have scrounged up whatever they had left and thought they could pass it off as a 30-day supply.
