I've tried several of their pizzas and they are consistently pretty good. Tonight I ordered the Pizza Antipasto with salami, sausage, roasted peppers, and olives (to go). By far the best part of the pizza is the crust. Their pizzas are all thin crust and the crust is great! Nice and crunchy on the bottom but soft with the right amount of bite in the dough. I'd say the weakness would have to be quality of ingredients. They say they use only local, premium, and handmade ingredients (which is great) but the mozzarella quality was lacking and not high quality (when removed some toppings you could see the outline of the shredded cheese - indicative of either non premium cheese or a temperature issue) and the olives were just canned black olives. I am being critical on purpose, however - the pizza was very good! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the decor was pretty cool - very casual but nicely decorated. This is one of the few restaurant options up near Predator Ridge and Sparkling Hill and it's a great spot to drop in with some friends for some pizza and wine.
