My daughter and son-in-law were here while she called her boss to check. They said no problem. We asked again. So we paid more for this floor then any floor we have had. When it came to fixing the floor they would only replace 5 pieces and the rest we had to pay for it we wanted it fixed right. Then we were told to get mats and put under the table and chairs so this doesn't happen again. I ask what kind and was told I can't recommend any you get what you want. Now we spent close to $200 getting heavier matts to protect a floor that is to handle everyday traffic. We are 81 and 83 years old. So now we can trip over the matts when we go to set at the table. When we have guest we have to tell them to not let the chair go off the matt. Great way to live. To bad we don't live in a world where your word is good. We didn't get it in writing, didn't think we had to since 6 people were involved and heard them confirm no problem. Life time warranty! That is a laugh.

They have only been in business 6 years, so I am not sure what the "lifetime" warranty is worth. Since they are private label, you don't know who makes their materials. Sort of creepy that no one provides a full name, and their first price is up to twice others. They provide a quote that is thousands high then go through the motions of reducing the price. If you like haggling, you will like their approach and you can get the cost down to the first quote of other businesses. They do get out to provide a quote quickly and conveniently. So if you have straightforward job and are not price sensitive or you like to haggle, they might be the business for you.

TLDR: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I'm out $12k and have to pay another company to replace the floors…read moreFour Seasons destroyed. When I first met with Rob he came to the house I had just purchased and was very confident as he made his way around my house looking at my floors. He explained the type of wood floors the house had and made sure to give me a timeline for how long the job would take. He concretely stated it would take 3 days to complete the work. His confidence gave me confidence that he would do a great job. After receiving the quote for roughly $12,000, we pulled the trigger and hired Four Seasons. We scheduled the work to be done before we moved into the house with the 3-day window Rob stated would take the crew to complete the job. When the crew showed up, they laughed in my face when I told them we were moving in. They said the job would take a week at minimum to complete. I didn't have an option to bump back my move in date as I was moving from across the state and had to move out of our old house. Rob came through and said they will have to do 1 floor first then the other and we'll have to move our furniture around to accommodate. I was annoyed but, it was getting done so, whatever. Once they got our dining room/den sanded down, it was explained to me that the floors were engineered hardwood and they sanded through to the plywood in a few spots. Oops! Rob said "no big deal. We can come back later and replace those few boards." They also never finished reinstalling the shoe molding through roughly 50% of the house. He claimed he would come back "in a couple of weeks to get it finished up." So, I had him come back to replace the boards in the floor and look at the molding in which he said "no, you can't really do that" and said we should just replace the whole floor in that room for "about $4500 to $5000". Understandably, I was pissed but what could I do? Fast forward 6 months and we're in the middle of summer and humidity. With the increase in humidity the parquet floor in the family room buckled in 2 different directions. This floor has been in the house since 1962 and has never buckled. However, when he refinished the floor he said it was "loose and needed tightening." to which he then tightened and glued the ends so it would stay tight. He claimed to have "fixed" the floor. Now it's so tight that it doesn't allow for expansion and contraction. I messaged Rob about this to which he got an attitude and said that it had nothing to do with his work and it was a moisture problem I needed to solve. I let him know this has never happened in the past and he said they I should just contact a different professional. I've had 3 different floor companies all come out and take one look at the floor, shake their head and then apologize for laughing. Every company has let me know how I got screwed in the deal and they the sanding of the engineered wood should never have happened and the "tightening" of the parquet is what ruined the floor. To say that I'm disappointed is the understatement the year. I spent $12k on "refinished" floors that now just have to be completely replaced because Four Seasons came through and essentially destroyed them.

Terrible! Their main crew was busy doing another job, so they had to sub contract my job out. The 2…read moreguys they used were terrible, they smelled like maijuana everyday. We left for a week to stay in an air bnb while they sanded and restained our entire main level. When we retuned there were huge roller marks on the floor in the foyer right when you walked in the fron door. There were at least 3 or 4 foot prints thought out the floor. They came back to repair all these spots, we once again had to leave the house. instead of redoing the entire area they tried sanding and restaining these spots in sections which made things worse, They ended up having to come back a 3rd time, to resand the entire floor and do an entire new stain and coating. We were not able to use our home for a second week. No discount offered, no apologies. We had to find somewhere to stay and eat out every day for that second week. When the mistakes were fixed, the owner Rob could have cared less if everything was corrected or if we were happy, all he was worried about was picking up a check. He was like dealing with a used car salesman. Would NEVER recomend this company or will ever use them in the future.
