For those in the know, they also sell collector rocks, minerals, and seashells too! I know I am raving, but I love quaint places like this, especially because their prices are so good. PLEASE NOTE As this is a Mom and Pop operation it is best to call, email, or facebook before going if you are driving a long way. They are a little ways out there, but it is hard to miss all the day lilies in bloom when you drive past! They ship their flowers all around the US too, which I like as I can send them as gifts. The store is designed for supply, not for shopping. What I mean is that this store is set up for a guy like me. When I go to any large department store, or God forbid, to the mall - I do the surgical strike. In and out. Quick. Just here for this specific item at this specific store. Mentally, I might even map out the shortest shopping distance for multiple items as is possible. With this shop, there is a garage door at each end. It is literally a drive through operation. They can crank it out and keep folks moving. If you are "shopping" here, you already know what you want and how much you want and you get great service and then they "run another on," as Andy Griffith would say. The person staffing this Saturday was knowledgeable about the product we wanted. We came specifically for a certain fertilizer mix, and he was helpful in directing application instructions and timing and other such information, so it is not as if they provide no customer service. It is as if they are set up for a quick stop for supplies on the way to the next yard job.

The young lady in customer service was patient with my limited knowledge of the system . She walked me through every step to make sure I paid of the correct account. Today I was looking for an item in the BBQ. department she was walking by and I said I have a question She stopped what she was doing and directed me to the correct aisle. HD does not stock this particular item, She offered to go online and research the item. she found it ordered it for me accepted my payment completed the transaction . When I asked for return visit to level washer and dryer they sent 2 men that communicated to me with a translator app on their phone!! When I insisted that the appliances be properly Installed they said that washer was defective and I have to wait for another week for a new one (and go through the whole Installation process again). When I complained and tried to get some answer they said they couldn't stay cause they had other deliveries today. When I left the room to go to restroom and came back, they had snuck out the door and left. If I ever get this taken care of there will be NO MORE HOME DEPOT. Dont recommend at all.ecommend
