I wanted to remove a really big and old tree, some lawn plants, a medium sized orange tree, and trim some trees. With all of that work, he was able to give me a really affordable quote. After we met up, we were able to schedule a date to start the service. Rigo was really accommodating, easy to work with, and very informative. On the day of the job, Juan and his crew arrived and was ready to get to work. Juan was super nice and friendly. Juan checked in with me to confirm the work I needed and then they got to work. Their work was excellent! They had like 10 guys, each guy having their own role and their teamwork was flawless. I was in awe just watching them. These guys are pros. He was very professional and gave me a quote that was far less than I thought it would be. The price was completely reasonable, so we came to an agreement and scheduled them for 2 days out. Their crew showed up on time and were also very professional. No joke, the majority of the crew left 15 minutes after they started as they bulk of the stump was gone and they had removed the wood chips and cleaned up. The guy on the stump grinder stayed to finish doing his part, including grinding a few feet outside of where the stump came out of the ground. This was done to make sure I had level ground where it had previously been raised by the roots. He even packed down the area for me. I just couldn't be more pleased with their work and level of professionalism. I highly recommend this company!

Not enough effort is put into building an authentic relationship and it seems like people just do the minimum so that they can move on to the next transaction. Steve and his crew are regular people that treat others with kindness and respect not because they have to, but because that's who they are. They fixed a leaky pipe in my backyard without having to pull up my pavers and then they fixed a pipe in my front planter that solved low pressure on my drip lines. No fuss, no extra charges or unnecessary parts and labor. Steve's team obviously have deep knowledge and experience but what makes them so great is that they communicate clearly and are enjoyable to work with. Highly recommend them.

My backyard looked like a jungle. I called Everardo Paez Fri afternoon and he came out in 40 minutes to give me an estimate. Everardo is very pleasant to work with. Very reasonable price and I agreed to have him do the work the next day on Saturday. Everardo and 6 more guys came at 7:30am as promised, worked thru the whole day and trimmed every tree in the yard. Very professional and trust worthy. They hosed and cleaned up the yard and my driveway when done and fixed all the sprinklers and make sure they work. My yard now is beautiful. Highly recommend PAEZ Tree Service for their professional work, on time, and do everything they promised and more. I am very happy with the result and the cost. We were looking for a crew to come and clean up our backyard pool area. It was quite overgrown with weeds and trees/plants that needed to be removed/killed and palm trees needed trimming. Sent a request for a estimate to multiple companies and Everardo was willing to meet us that evening. We explained the items we wanted handled.
