Filed complaint with the DCP and they also did not respond to the DCP, they appear to not be licensed, others should file with the DCP as well. Reviews on BBB show similar scamming complaints.They have other small claims against them, and judicial cases, and appear to have not appeared to court in many cases.

My stove's fan was making a loud noise this past winter so I called around to find someone who could come out and look at it and replace it. Either nobody would respond to my calls or wouldn't look at it because they didn't install it. One of those people gave me Hot Spot Stoves & Mechanical phone number. Jesse responded immediately. He came out looked at it and to my relief was able to order a new fan and install it. Jesse is very professional and a very nice person. Uh, no. If it wasn't a straight up lie so I'd buy a pellet stove, it's pure ignorance. If you don't know just say so. Don't make stuff up. I patiently listened to the guy try to sell me a pellet stove, then a pellet furnace, even after I clearly stated I wanted something that didn't require electricity...which I reminded him of after the furnace pitch to which he replied "just get a generator." I was gonna buy their last coal stove but no thanks. Not listening to me=no sale. I went to Fuel & Flame instead bc If they don't know something they say so, or find out, and they do not attempt to blow smoke up (you know where) or sell me crap I don't want. 3 stars because they did have the damper I needed, and the store is neat, well lit, and stocked to the ceiling with pellet stuff (if that's your bag, man.) He never returned any calls and I was never provided clarity on delivery after several months, all while they held my $750 pre payment. Now I have been waiting for my refund to be issued and was promised it would be mailed last week, and it still has not arrived a week later. If I do not receive the refund I will have to pursue it through the AG's office
