Despite expressing my concern about surpassing my dental coverage, his team continued to schedule appointments for me to receive treatment, even though it was clear that I had surpassed my limit. This ultimately resulted in my incurring a debt of over $700, which left me feeling disheartened. I believe that Dr. Sirius and his team had the responsibility to inform me clearly and transparently that my upcoming procedure would not be covered by my insurance. As a result, I was left feeling as if I did not matter to the practice, and I now have a new dentist who prioritizes open communication and always informs me if a procedure will be covered by my insurance before treatment. A little more so when I realized I had to wear them on the bottom and the top to fix the lowers. She put all that to rest for me. Walked me through maintaining them, and answered my 56 questions. I also noticed how thorough Dr. Bonebreak was with his notes on my teeth. Dr. Bonebreak wrote so much to ensure he was giving the best possible service. This makes me happy since I am spending a little over 6k to essentially make my teeth perfect. I'm okay with paying in advance and understand that initial estimates may be off, but I'm now owed over $1,700--a sum I've been waiting on for months. I can appreciate that estimates might not always be accurate, but this delay has gone on for too long. Initially, the office informed me that they were waiting for my insurance claim to process. After several months without updates, I reached out to my insurance company, only to find out they approved and issued payment back in July, just a few days after my son's surgery. My insurance confirmed my out-of-pocket responsibility and provided an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) to support this. After my insurance company intervened and conducted an investigation, they acknowledged our overpayment, but getting the refund back has turned into a frustrating, never-ending battle. Despite acknowledging the amount owed, the office continues to delay my refund, offering little clarity on the situation. When I contacted the front desk, I learned that checks are handled by their Human Resources department, which only adds to the confusion. My wife and I have been patiently waiting and have called several times just to find out the status of our refund, but the receptionist often doesn't answer when she recognizes our number. We even visited the office in person, only to be told to wait another 2-3 weeks for HR to process the refund. Now, after patiently waiting another 3 weeks, we are still left in the dark. Yesterday, I called the office again and was met with surprise at my inquiry. The front desk claimed I should receive my check this week but couldn't provide any information about when the check was issued, sent, or anything related to my refund. When I asked for the name of the HR contact responsible for processing the refund, I received a name but no clear answers. I requested a callback with an update, and the receptionist assured me I would hear back. Yet here I am, still waiting. I tried calling again for an update, but no one is answering or returning my voicemail messages. This has been a frustrating experience, and I hope to find a resolution soon. I'm a little late at 30 years old to have them…read moreextracted but I've never had any problems or pains with my wisdom teeth so I've never thought about taking them out until I started feeling some irritation behind one of my bottom molars and noticed a wisdom tooth that had emerged. The staff were extremely friendly and were very welcoming. Dr. Wu himself was very honest, knowledgeable and informative on what needed to be done, what the process was going to be like, post-operation procedures and generally just made me feel more comfortable about the whole thing because let's be honest, everyone feels nervous about getting their wisdom teeth removed because of all the horror stories. The whole operation itself felt super quick and easy. I mean I was knocked out the whole time because of the sedation but the whole thing felt like it took 15-20 minutes. And the good thing afterwards? I felt no pain at all. Throughout the next few days of recovery I was in no pain whatsoever. The only negative effect was the obvious swelling and soft diet you'll have to be on for a couple of days. If you need a good oral surgeon I would definitely recommend Dr. Wu!

The office has always felt like a quiet oasis, which is especially comforting for anyone who experiences anxiety about dental visits. The treatment rooms are bright, clean, and feature windows overlooking beautiful greenery, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff genuinely takes the time to ensure patients are comfortable. They offer several comfort measures to help make visits more pleasant. I like to bring my own AirPods and listen to my playlist during treatment, and they were happy to accommodate that. I am pleased that Dr. Parisa "Paris" Parizadeh, DDS, has taken over the previous practice and continues to provide exceptional, compassionate care. From D'Asia at the front desk to Jameria ("J"), the dental assistant, everyone is friendly, professional, and attentive. He offered several options and I decided on the one that I felt would be the most beneficial to me and achieve a pleasing look to the eye. There was incentive for paying in full, but certainly other financial arrangements could be made. Let me say, with no reservations, Dr. Haywood is a caring, cosmetic surgeon with a great dental chair manner. His staff is friendly, efficient and my appointments were made to blend with my work schedule. The office and dental rooms are pristine. I felt completely comfortable during the procedures. Each service as it was being performed was explained, so I had a clear understanding of where, why and what was happening. The entire process was completed within the proposed schedule. Undoubtedly, he is a good physician, but his manner, not to mention, his employee interaction Is less then professional. He is one possibility one of the most acerbic person that I have ever met. Not a friendly dude to say the least. Also, his diagnosis, in my experience, has not been accurate - at least in my case. He told me after a very invasive procedure that I would have to have it again..... fortunately, he was WAY OF BASE.!!!! Be prepared to deal with an absolute prick. Just ask his employees. My suggestion is to seek an alternative.
