I am a young, professional who tried to save money on a…read morescreen replacement which I shouldn't have done but I do a lot of work on my phone and they were the cheapest and "most polite" I ran across on 5th st. The politeness was a scam to get you in the door for you to spend your money. Long story short I was given a broken screen, not visibly broken, but my screen kept freezing the next day. I had to bring my phone back to the shop for a week straight for him to take it off and reattach it until he got new screens in. A week later my screen started to lift, I tried to push it back in (with barely any force) and it cracked. Before my screen cracked I was told he would try to replace the screen, it was broken anyway with or without the crack but instead he tried to charge me ANOTHER $70. He told me previously that he would work with me on the price because the screen was clearly broken, I didn't mind paying I just wasn't going to pay full price for faulty merchandise . I wouldn't recommend any services with this establishment!
