They're all patient, skilled, and genuinely kind. I go in fairly often for tailoring and repairs, and they are always welcoming and willing to listen carefully while I figure out exactly what I want done. Today really stood out. I brought back a pair of pants that had been hemmed and looked great, but just didn't feel comfortable when I wore them. I was worried I was asking too much since I'd already been in a few times about these pants, but Ping couldn't have been more understanding. She insisted on letting them back out while I was there, even though it was near closing time. She also noticed a jacket I had and tightened the buttons on that too--again, on the spot. She was so kind, accommodating, and generous with her time, and she wouldn't even let me pay. That level of care and customer service is rare. The company used to be called Koretizing cleaners, but the seamstress (who I would stress was a practicing doctor and has been sewing since the 10th grade!) bought the company a few years back and made it her own. Her attention to detail and explanation of her process and how she would alter my suit was beyond any tailor I have been to. When I went to pick up the dress, I was told it "came in with a bunch of stains that they tried to get out and they couldn't, and that I must've given the dress to someone before giving it to them." After calling again, they said they would never give a dress stain and that the best they could do was refund the money I paid to get the dress dry cleaned.
