Price aside this place is legit. I am always happy when someone wants Pagliacci because that means I get the Pagliaccio Salad.... I am sooo highly addicted to it. Pagliaccio Salad: Lettuce tossed with garbanzo beans, diced red pepper, kasseri cheese, salami, red onion and dijon vinaigrette. Small size= Calories: 500 Saturated Fat: 9g Sodium: 520mg Carbs:12g I order it without salami... I wouldn't mind finding a way to bring down the cals and sodium even more. But over all its a light, refreshing salad. Pagliacci made things right and sent us a $10 gift card after my previous experience. Amazing improvement! I stopped purchasing pizza from Pagliacci a number of years ago; poor service, incorrect orders, lousy taste. I've recently decided to give them another try. This review is after my 3rd delivery order. The crust is absolutely delicious. Fresh, chewy, cooked thoroughly. Such an improvement! My most recent order was half extra pepperoni, half south Philly. The delivery was exactly what I intended to order. Quite frankly, I was really impressed with the flavor of each side of the pie. They estimated approximately 45 minutes delivery time, and were long by about 10 minutes. The delivery person was friendly, with a great smile. That makes a difference when you have a little one impatiently waiting for her pizza. I'm really happy with my Friday night pizza. I am happy to recommend Pagliacci Pizza delivery again. read more

The pizza is always good -- and I grew up on NYC pizza so that's saying a lot -- but what really stands out to me at this location is their dedication to service. We've never had a bad experience with any of the employees and they contact us if something goes wrong with our order, e.g. accidentally burning a pizza so needing to remake it. They even comped an order when it was really late, even though they didn't have to because they had let us know what was happening. Will continue to order from here. read more

This location has finally stepped it up, it appears that corporate has placed a long time Pagliacci employee in as management, and this guy knows what he is doing / carries the right company culture, and is absolutely steering the place in the right direction. This would be a 5 star review for the current management and the quality of the food currently coming out, however the stinging memories of the horrible, horrible past whack it down back to leavel that forces us back to reality. The pizza margarita we received from this location the other day has to be a top 5 pizza from Pagliacci in ~19 years of eating their pies. Perfectly formed cornicione, golden brown; mozz and basil in the correct ratios, light char on the crust, sprinkle of rock salt notable but not overly aggressive in chunk size. It was truly a magical pie. I was hesitant to order this location for pickup, with the horrendous pies of the past, and I'm so glad to see they have turned things around a full 180 and are now putting out tremendous quality pies again. read more

You have got to love the pizza here, this place makes pizza with quality! It tastes amazing, looks amazing and you know it hasn't been wherever the ingredients of an establishment like Dominos has been. These things are fresh, well made and delicious! My only reason for knocking a star off is the price. When Dominos is offering $6 large pizzas, it's hard to justify paying the $28+ for the large pizzas here. I've been a customer of the Kenmore Pagliacci Pizza location since about 2008. Whether I get delivery or go pickup my food they always manage to make me feel welcome and special. I like to order ahead online now to avoid waiting, but if you call they are always super friendly and helpful. They are open late every night but don't start delivering until 4-5pm each day. Pagliacci Pizza in general is a little pricier than other pizza places, but I'd say they are definitely worth it for the quality you get. The parking lot is a little small and difficult to get in and out of its parking spots, but you can't miss this modern looking location right on Bothell Way across from the Burke-Gilman trail. It's got newspapers for you to read while you eat or wait, a flat screen TV to watch sports, and plenty of indoor tables and booths. They now serve single slices (yay!) and also beer, wine, and soda. My favorites are the Hawaiian pizza (+ black olives), Pagliaccio Salad, and Centioli! read more

Worst customer service ever! Not willing to work with someone with allergies. I asked for olives on the side because the other person who was with me is allergic to them. They wait until after I pay for the pizza to tell me that they can't put them on the side because of "health code." $30 for an 11" pizza and you can't put olives that I already paid for on the side for me. As far as delivery/takeout pizza in the greater Seattle area goes, I think that Pagliacci is miles above its competitors. The pizzas are huge and the sauce, crust, and toppings are awesome. However, as other reviews here have noted, for some reason the Kenmore location just doesn't do it as well as the two downtown Bellevue locations. The crusts are just a little bit thinner, toppings are just a touch more sparse, and somehow the pizza is just a little less perfectly cooked. Maybe it's due to inferior ovens or something, because the basic tastes of the tomato sauce and crust are identical -- and those are as awesome as ever. Don't take this as a knock against Pagliacci in general; still a really really good pizza, even from this location, provided you don't mind paying a little bit of a premium over other chain pizza delivery places. But if you have the choice/time, you'll probably want to hit up one of the downtown Bellevue locations instead. read more

I am taking them down to 2 stars since they have gone from my favorite Pizza Place in the area to equal to take home frozen. We stopped by here last weekend - hoping our experience in Bellevue and The Ave locations were anomalies but nope - they have messed with a great thing. Coming from New York City - I grew up loving pizza. One of the things I enjoyed about NY pizza is the thin crust with a taste other than cardboard. Pagliacci use to have that - and we have been coming to them since they opened. No longer - the crust has gone down to NW bland. Yes it could be my taste buds but I did talk to three different managers at various locations and they confirmed the company is "experimenting". Interesting concept - a pizza that allows you to grow to many stores and after success - you change it. I am hoping they will return to the days of good and bring back the Pizza we loved. NOTE - this is not just my attitude but friends that have been with us and my NY sister who has also had many experiences of the good. Dear Pagliacci, I'm sad because I think I've ordered Pag for the last time. The pizza was incredibly oily to the point where the cardboard was completely soaked. It was limp and soggy. The salad was also limp and had about 50% of the toppings from what I'm used to. And the red sauce for the breadsticks is different. Whatever it is now, it's not good. The marinara sauce used to be thick and rich. The pizza used to be the appropriate amount of oily with a firm crust. The salad used to be fresh to death. Unfortunately this is not the first time Pag hasn't been anywhere near to what I expect. I've eaten Pag a lot in the past eight years, since I moved here, and the past three times now have been bad. You guys used to be so good. So high quality. You raised your prices but I was okay with that--but I'm really not ok with higher prices and worse quality. I ordered two slices of pizza (to go), but they were given away to a party that was seated at the restaurant. I was given a couple "buy one, get one free" coupons, which was generous. I wasn't pleased that I had to wait almost 30 minutes instead of the estimated 12 minutes that the cashier told me before. Sorry, Pagliacci will screw up once in awhile, but when I'm in the mood for a large original, I'll still pick a Pag's over almost every other joint near me. As those of us who live on the Eastside/Northshore area know. There aren't exactly a ton of selections for pizza in the area. Oh sure you have your Garlic Jims, your Papa John's, and then some of the bottom of rung places like Dominos and Little Ceasars (which I always marvel is still in business). I won't compare this place to some of the giants in Seattle because they're just not in the same league, so I won't. Compared to what is accessible to me, Pags is one of the best in the area. They have very good pizza. Their Margherita, beautiful yet simple, uses real San Marzano tomatoes. They have quite a list of traditional and more creative selections. I don't always agree with some of their flavor choices, but they do try and I give them credit for that. For a thin (or traditional) crust pizza fan, Pags does pretty well. Their service when I eat in is good here. This place is a bit less "restauranty" than the Bellevue location. There's only bottled beers, you pay first, not after. If you want another beer well, back to the counter for you. There is wait service who's decent for having been tipped up front. If you're in the mood for sports, they usually have something going on on the tv in back, and it's usually on mute. All in all my one of my favorite pizza places within a 15m drive from Woodinville. read more

Such a great experience tonight. Ordered pizza and our order was wrong (likely my fault). Our delivery guys was super nice, didn't hesitate to say they would remake our pizza and when I said that wasn't needed offered other ways to make amends. Love their attention to their customers and made me not even care I had the wrong pizza. I will be ordering from them from now on knowing they take such good care of their customers. We came here pretty late at night and were impressed with their service. We ordered a calzone and a salad to split. The salad came promptly (we were basically the only ones there) and it was well-dressed and tasted fine. Apparently, however, they "burnt" my calzone. Their solution? They gave me the "burnt" calzone, said they'd make me a new calzone and give us breadsticks for free. Let's backtrack: this turned out to be a great solution because the first calzone wasn't burnt at all--we ended up eating the whole thing (and it was delicious) and taking the second calzone home for lunch the next day. The breadsticks were a nice extra as well. Maybe not the smartest business practice, but it worked out great for us! read more

This is a great family pizza location. The staff is friendly, the pizza very good, the salad (particularly the Caesar) is surprisingly great (especially the croutons), and the restaurant itself is light and bright and clean. But on top of that all, the experience when you phone them for delivery/pickup/dine-in is AMAZING. They know who you are, what you ordered last time, and make it super-easy to repeat. Delivery is speedy and the drivers are friendly and polite, they haven't forgotten the crushed red pepper or parmesan yet. For my first visit to any Pagliacci's pizza I chose the Kenmore location nearest my home and decided to dine in. I am happy I did, although we were practically the only people in the place. I wasn't a big fan of their beer selection, as I tend to prefer lighter pilsner's that make most men and Seattlelites cringe. But their pizza with the thin, cracker-like crust, light garlic sauce, artichokes, chicken was more delicious than I could ever imagine. Just sad to be the only people in the place. Just moved here and, after a few hits and misses, I finally found great pizza in my area. The pizza is yummy with tasty toppings and chewy crust. Whenever I order a pizza, I ask them to bake it crisp in the middle...no problem for them! Nice staff...when I call in an order, they always answer with my name (caller ID) which freaks me out every time, but they are very efficient.
