Overall great pizza. My hubby & I just moved to Monroe this week and it's our first time trying Jet City Pizza. Hubby ordered sausage & bacon on beer batter crust pizza. I had pineapple & cashew on beer batter crust pizza. We got a special/deal that included beer batter crust cheese sticks & cinna bites with frosting. I'm looking forward to trying some of their specialty pizzas in the future. I'm excited they have so many different topping options! Great price & tastes good. read more

When I saw that this place opened up near me I was hesitant to go. After recommendations from friends around town I decided to stop by and see this fast food chain for myself. All I can say is don't knock it till you try it!! The ratios of the toppings, cheese, and sauce is perfect and I have come across too many pizza places that are stingy with their ingredients when that's literally what you're paying for. All my take-out experiences have been good. The last time, they were out of what I ordered and didn't charge me more for a more expensive substitute. The staff has been friendly, but many of them don't wear anything identifying them as employees, which would be more professional. My only complaint is that something has changed with the beer batter crust that I used to love. Instead of the perfect blend of chewy/crispy, it's now soft and doughy with less flavor. I've had three pizzas recently and they've all been the same way. They have three booths and four tables with a big-screen TV for hanging out and dining in, with a big fireplace that makes it a cozy spot during the darker and colder months. read more

Ordered a grinder and some bacon bread cheese sticks. The grinder bread is not toasted so it was just a soggy mess, I only ate about a 3rd of it. Instead of bacon bread sticks I got some garlic flat bread thing that was loaded with way too much garlic so one bite of that and I was done. Just a total waste of money. read more

We had family in town and ordered pizza through Door Dash. After 45 minutes, and receiving a notification that the driver was there and waiting for our order, we got a message that the order was cancelled because store is now closed. After looking at hours, they are still open for 2 more hours. We then got a message that door dash is at capacity. Hoping that our pizza had been ordered, I called several times with no answer. We were really looking forward to trying it out. We will never use Door Dash again and unlikely to order from here if they can't bother to pick up the phone. read more

Impressive! Owner reached out today with a phone call, very nice. Totally understood our issue, took the time to add us to their mailing list resolving the coupon/specials issue. Repeatedly apologized to my wife for the unacceptable behavior that she experienced with employee. We understand things/mistakes happen, people have bad days. It's how you handle the situation that speaks volumes and shows integrity. Made things right, gave us his personal phone number should we have any issues in the future. Bottom line, he cared. It's good - which isn't great but it's not bad. It's convenient - seriously it's inside a convenience store! It's not greasy - there's enough greasy pizza out there. It's located inside of a gas station - did I say convenient? It's a local franchise - good for our community. It's not papa-johns! - it's not dominos or Pizza Hut either. Tried jet city pizza for the first time tonight and I won't ever go back. Ordered the jumbo jet 14 inch on thin crust minus the mushroom and olives. It had barely an peppers on it, and no salami, onions, and sausage. Cost me $22 for a crappy pizza that left us hungry. Not worth the money. read more

For the longest time we only had Maltby Pizza or Alfy's pizza to choose for delivery. Let me tell you, I was so happy when I heard Jet City replaced Alfy's! I love their pizza and the beer batter crust is fantastic. They also have a ton of cool (weird?) toppings. I've also had their spaghetti and their meatballs are really good! Now, my only complaint. Rudest people I have ever experienced. I had a dining advantage coupon to use and they redeemed it but refused to give me the coupon I purchased. When I asked for a refund she refused to refund the items and told me it was my fault that I was overcharged because I didn't mention the dining advantage on the phone. I showed the coupon before I even paid and she still refused to give me my discount, and to top it off she scanned my coupon I paid for so I can't even use it in the future. So basically I paid money on dining advantage to receive a discount and they redeemed it without giving me the discount and said it was my fault and they refuse to do anything about it. Jet City makes the best pizza I've ever had. I've been their biggest fan since 2004 and I've probably ordered over a 1000 pizzas so far. On a side note, I have to send a message to the Jet City owners. How do you stay afloat and relevant in the pizza market? Trying to order on your website is nearly impossible; my pet hamster could design a better site, and your prices don't make sense in relation to competition. I can order a pizza via the dominoes website in a matter of seconds and drop around $5 for a medium. Meanwhile you offer no specials whatsoever unless I have the good fortune of receiving coupons by mail. Seems like Jet City is run by people from the movie Idiocracy. What a shame, with such great options and dairy/gluten-free cheese as well I could not get it ordered to Snohomish 98290. I have eaten their pizza before and I love it. The gluten free pizza crust is delicious and not crusty thin like other places make it. I would have been excited to try the dairy-free cheese option and let others know. I gave four stars for the options, past business with them (non-delivery), and somewhat ease of their online ordering. Maybe just a clean up of their website as it is kind of a jumble of information (overload). For years we have ordered pizza for delivery from Jet City. Today we called for delivery and we were told that all deliveries were now going thru DoorDash. I downloaded the app, and ordered 2 pizzas, a salad and breadsticks. The salad came with no dressing, there was toppings added to the pizza that we didn't request and there was no sauce on one of the pizzas and almost none on the 2nd pizza. While I realize that some of these errors were DoorDash, the sauce and dressing issues were Jet City's mistake. When i called to let them know about the order, the gal was not helpful or understanding at all and didn't want to do anything to fix the issue. Not sure we will use Jet City for delivery again. Great pizza and I'm sure our star rating will go up in the future....but as first timers to Jet City who rarely get delivery we were put off by the 1h15m wait when quoted 30-40m. Pizza was great when it arrived but couldn't figure out why half the toppings were on one side of the pizza and half on the other we ordered a Jumbo Jet....then next piece I realized there was no meat...we totally got someone else's custom pizza with our label. Fine for us as we didn't need the meat nor miss it but I doubt the other person will be too pleased getting part of our order read more

Beyond disappointed with the customer service that I received today. Ordered a pizza and four ranch for delivery to my work. Took the usual 45 minutes to deliver. When I received my pizza I noticed that I did not get my ranch. So I immediately called and asked if the driver could turn around to bring it to me. They said that once he got back that they would have him deliver the rest of my order. Waited another 45 minutes and called again. I was told that they are too busy and would not be delivering me my ranch that I paid for. Pretty bummed out, I always order from Jet City out of Clear view and I love their pizza. The pizza is fine, but I waited 2 hours to get my pizza through Grub Hub, and when I called the explanation was "we don't get our Grub Hub orders the normal way", implying they wouldn't know when the tickets come in. Won't make that mistake again. If you are a business that offers delivery through Grub Hub, figure out how to know that an order has come in, or don't use the service. The delivery time was initially going to be 70 minutes, which I accepted, but to wait another 45 minutes on top of that is ridiculous. read more
