Because I had such a good experience with my lip fillers, I trusted their recommendation when I asked whether the nose filler was worth it. Every time I asked, I was told that it was, so I decided to go ahead with the procedure and paid $850. During the first few days, I noticed a very slight difference, but I waited the recommended two weeks for the swelling to go down before my follow-up appointment. At that visit, the injector told me they couldn't use the entire syringe, even though I had paid for it, because my nose could end up looking droopy if they did. Instead, they recommended Botox under my nose to help enhance the results, and I agreed to it. Unfortunately, after both procedures, I honestly don't see any noticeable difference. Wanting to better understand the outcome, I later asked another injector for their opinion. After looking at my nose, they told me they believed more filler should have been placed in the tip of my nose to achieve a more noticeable result. I understand that treatment approaches can vary between providers, but hearing this was very frustrating, especially after being told that the full syringe couldn't be used. Now I feel like I spent $850 on a treatment that made little to no difference I want to be fair because I genuinely liked my lip filler results and had trusted this clinic because of that. My disappointment is specifically with the nose treatment and the expectations that were set beforehand. I wish I had been given a more realistic explanation of what kind of results I could expect or whether I was even a good candidate before investing such a significant amount of money.

Eight weeks later, I went back to complete under my bra area and mid-back. Going into it, I was honestly terrified because I'm not a fan of pain at all. But from the moment I walked in, Dr. Hall and his entire staff made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. During the procedure, I was shocked I literally felt no pain. Afterward, I went home, rested, and still had no pain just soreness. The next day was just mild soreness, easily managed with Tylenol. I was already up, walking around, and even working on my computer while following all post-op instructions. This has truly been an incredible experience. I can't speak for anyone else, but I can confidently say that Dr. Hall delivers on what he promises. When he says it's very minimal pain, he means it. The answer not only was YES, but the receptionist said, since Kelly would receive 100% of the price (instead of a percentage thru Groupon), Kelly could add another area on my face for no additional charge. I had 3 conversations with this receptionist confirming this "deal." When I arrived for my appointment (bringing a copy of the Groupon), Kelly said she could NOT honor the price with the additional area on my face. So, I had the treatment done on my neck only. I paid thru her Square and returned home to receive an email receipt thru Square. As part of the email, Square asked if I was satisfied, and I clicked NO due to the miscommunication. Two hours later, I received a voice mail from Kelly... it lasted 3 minutes. Kelly was unprofessional as she said I should never have left a negative comment because, as she explained, her clients are never unsatisfied. News flash... I was! She went on to say how wrong I was. It was disgraceful in my opinion. Her tone was so threatening that I contacted Square. Professional do not call clients at home... furthermore, Square asks for honest feedback for a reason.
