I had UFS do several services to my vehicle with Sun Tek PPF, Sun Tek Evolve ceramic window tint, body kit installation and Tesla decal and emblems added on. I had the Sun Tek PPF four millimeter installed 8 months ago and it still looks like they just did it last week. The Sun Tek PPF made my paint pop out like it was in a showroom. I had the windows tinted 2 months ago right before summer and so happy I went with the Sun Tek Evolve ceramic window tint. Sun Tek Evolve literally blocks most of the heat out. I did 30% rear 20% front and 50% windshield. I just recently had UFS install my body kit even though Dan doesn't like to install any body kits unless it's carbon fiber he made an exception for me and I'm very thankful that he did. Dan applied my Tesla decal and emblems for free so that was very cool. UFS offers quality products quality work at a very reasonable price. Dan's team is very experienced and knowledgeable on everything and I highly recommend anyone to UFS if they want there vehicle to have the best PPF the best window tint and the best owner and employees to work on your vehicle.

Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Customer service IS STILL ALIVE!…read more This shop recently did nano-ceramic window tints on our motorhome. Prior to choosing Deluxe Window Tint we did our research as well as contacted many other companies, Albert(the Owner) really impressed us with his pricing, diligence and response times so we decided to go with Deluxe Window Tint. I dropped the motorhome off in the morning and it was done and ready to pick up in the afternoon. Upon my arrival I noticed what appeared to be some damage to an awning and pointing it out to the employees. Ultimately Albert made a return trip to the shop and we discussed my concerns. His very first statement put my mind at ease "I am not here to deny anything, only to understand the situation and take care of our customer". WHEW! (This was not the response I was expecting after recently dealing with another company who wrongly wired our Jeep up for flat towing behind the motorhome. The next morning that shop foreman was very arrogant when I pointed it out and asked to have it corrected. The installing mechanic looked at my paperwork and immediately said he would have it done in 20 minutes. That shop foreman made it a point to not acknowledge me for the next 20 minutes as I waited in the showroom). As Albert and I looked at my concerns and discussed what could have, as well as what could not have, happened there was nothing but professionalism and discovery evident. After a while it became clear that I was wrong and they had in fact not damaged the awning. It was an embarrassing moment for me as I apologized profusely to both the employee as well as to Albert. They understood how I could have misinterpreted what I had seen and graciously accepted my apology. As we all know things can happen(or in my case, not happen), it's how they are dealt with that truly define a company's culture and an Owner's core belief. In the end I left the shop with plans to bring my Jeep back for window tinting as well, that's how impressed I was. Don't hesitate to trust this shop to do what's right!
