**I'm glad I held off on my review for the final outcome** I heard of Integrity Autoworks through a mutual friend, and based on the images of his work on Instagram. I spoke with Joe over the phone and we scheduled an appointment for a Friday morning at 9. I needed older tint removed, and was looking to go darker, and I was told it it would probably take about 4+ hrs. So I decided to take the day off of work to get my car taken care of. It was a little difficult finding the location, and it's in a lot with a whole bunch of individual warehouses, so I drove around for a while looking for the place. When I couldn't find it originally I called Joe but didn't get an answer. I still arrived about 5 minutes to 9 and parked near the building and walked up to the door, but it was locked and I waited a few minutes. BUT I ended up waiting almost an hour with about 3 texts and 1-2 calls to Joe, and got no response. I even texted my friend who referred him and he couldn't get a hold of Joe. So highly upset, I left! Joe called back about 30 minutes after I left and apologized for what transpired. He'd made the appointment while he was out on his way to another appointment, and forgot to put it down on his calendar. And he asked for me to let him make it up to me, and to keep my business. I told him how long I waited and that I'd taken the day off of work to bring my car into his shop. And Joe said if I was willing to still let him do the tint on my car, he'd either do it early that afternoon. Or he would stay after the shop was closed and work on it, and would give me a discount on the cost. He initially quoted me $200, but said he'd now take care of my tint for $140. And since it was my only vehicle he'd still drop me off at my house after the car was at the shop, and pick me up to get my car. So I figured I'd give him another chance and dropped off my car later in the evening. I guess the glue on the back window was giving him some trouble since the tint had already started separating, so it took about 5 hours and was almost 9 at night. But Joe took care of my car, after hours like he said, and I paid the discounted rate....and the window tint was so clean! Regardless of the glue smell for the next few days....which was to be expected. OVERALL: Although there were some snags the morning of the service, Joe made up for it and stuck by his company name. He did great work, and went above and beyond to keep me as a satisfied customer....and I respect and commend that. I would definitely recommend him! read more

I wont be going to any other tint shops again, Joe is awesome at what he does and the finished product shows just that. I've had my tint done at other shops before but they weren't as personable. Also, they would leave a small space between the tint and the edge of my windows. But Joe cuts the tint by hand, this doesn't leave a small untinted gap at the top of my windows when rolled down. This is a much more cleaner look. I would highly reccomend Integrity to friends and family.
