He let me ask questions and choose what I want without any of that obnoxious pressure so many sales guys put on you. Adam and his assistant installed the Vantrue N4 Pro S on my daughter's purchase of a used but new to her 2016 Subaru Forester. Adam knew how to install the dashcam without interfering with Subaru's EyeSight driver assist system. I also opted for a hardwire kit so my daughter didn't have to fiddle and remember to plug the power cable into the car's cigarette lighter socket (I just aged myself). Installation was professionally done with no scratches to the interior and with no excessive wires showing. Install was clean! Adam's customer service was great both on the phone and in person. I also like the fact he was open minded to installing other brand name dash cams that he doesn't sell in house. So far the dash cam has not caused any issues with the EyeSight since install was done about two weeks ago. Thanks Adam! read more

They did a super clean install of my zero gauge power / ground wire, amplifier and 10 inch sub. The car's quality of sound just increased immensely. The lows are amazing.I need to tune it a little bit, but it already sounds light years better. Great job, would totally get stereo work done here again. This is my second time coming back to Adam in the last three months. The first time, he worked on my mom's van, and today I brought in my own van for a dash cam installation. My old dash cam had stopped working properly, so I went straight to Adam as soon as I got to Sacramento. I had a simple job of stereo installation with a back up cam in base model 2013 corolla . Granted I can install head units myself I wanted rear cam done professionally. I reached out to several shops and got quotes double of what this shop or Best Buy charges for easy installs. Adam was very accommodating, polite , and professional. Great experience with Adam! My speakers were blown bad for couple weeks and I was pretty frustrated. Looked everywhere for OEM replacement but all was crazy expensive. Then I posted the project on Yelp and that's where I found the Professional Auto Stereo. I made a quick stop by this morning and Adam offered me the Alpine and Focal speakers, he patiently talked me through these options and I went for the Focals eventually. Note: I had the subwoofers installed three days ago and will update in a month or so! Professional Auto Stereo is an incredible shop. From scheduling an appointment to having the subwoofers installed, I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. Upon arrival at the shop, I was greeted by the owner and explained in detail what my options were. Adam explained different brands, speakers, setups, and wiring while making me feel comfortable the entire time, ultimately leading me to pick two Kicker CompC 12" subs and a pioneer amp. While the installation was being completed, he and I chatted, even making plans for a future project to replace all of my cars speakers. Once the install was completed, I could not believe how clean the setup looked and how nice the sound was. He explained to me how to change settings on the amp and how to break in the subs. Overall, the service requested were completed fully for a great value, in a very timely manner, and with excellent customer service. Service was ok. Really pricey because of tarrifs apparently. Got inside door speakers installed with a double din stereo. Never got my stock tweeters back only side door speakers and original dash kit. White noise occurs pretty loud when volume is down and nothing is playing. came here the day after buying my 21' is350. had my sub already and needed an amp, wiring and installation. pricing was very reasonable but the biggest thing is that adam knows what he's doing and cares about the quality. after he was done he called me all excited and told me that it was finished. just knowing that the quality of his work got him excited was all i needed to know. it's been about 2 weeks with my subs in and it's been beautiful. wish i knew about this place with my old car because they messed my shit up but this place will get u right. because he's passionate and knowledgeable i wouldn't mind paying a premium price but the price was very very reasonable. would and have been recommending my friends and family here! read more

There was no problem bringing my own dashcam set and Adam did a beautiful job installing it. He explained the options (like if I wanted it powered only when I turn the car on, or have it wired directly to the battery) and the results were great. was in the sacramento area for a few hours. i live in the bay area. i yelped surrounding audio shop close by. adam responded back quickly through yelp messaging. after messaging, i stopped by and adam was great on giving me several options to change out 4 speakers out of my 4runner. him and his staff was able to do same day service. i went with the JL audio (purple color box) sounds great and huge improvement over my stock speakers. since i was limited on time i only did the 4 speakers. overall great customer experience and great service within adam and the other guy. made the drive back to the bay with clean sounds from my new speakers. thanks. read more

True to their name, Professionals! They do high quality work on time. Adam is honest and straightforward with their products and pricing. I have had two of my vehicles modified (receivers installed) here with great results and plan on getting subwoofers installed in my Corvette soon. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Prior to choosing Deluxe Window Tint we did our research as well as contacted many other companies, Albert(the Owner) really impressed us with his pricing, diligence and response times so we decided to go with Deluxe Window Tint. I dropped the motorhome off in the morning and it was done and ready to pick up in the afternoon. Upon my arrival I noticed what appeared to be some damage to an awning and pointing it out to the employees. Ultimately Albert made a return trip to the shop and we discussed my concerns. His very first statement put my mind at ease "I am not here to deny anything, only to understand the situation and take care of our customer". WHEW! (This was not the response I was expecting after recently dealing with another company who wrongly wired our Jeep up for flat towing behind the motorhome. The next morning that shop foreman was very arrogant when I pointed it out and asked to have it corrected. The installing mechanic looked at my paperwork and immediately said he would have it done in 20 minutes. That shop foreman made it a point to not acknowledge me for the next 20 minutes as I waited in the showroom). As Albert and I looked at my concerns and discussed what could have, as well as what could not have, happened there was nothing but professionalism and discovery evident. After a while it became clear that I was wrong and they had in fact not damaged the awning. It was an embarrassing moment for me as I apologized profusely to both the employee as well as to Albert. They understood how I could have misinterpreted what I had seen and graciously accepted my apology. As we all know things can happen(or in my case, not happen), it's how they are dealt with that truly define a company's culture and an Owner's core belief. In the end I left the shop with plans to bring my Jeep back for window tinting as well, that's how impressed I was. Don't hesitate to trust this shop to do what's right! Thank You, Albert(and crew) for being a standup guy as well as for doing a fantastic job on our motorhome! The Jeep is next!

Vince Miranda very careful with him. You better get everything in writing from the get-go if you do decide buyers beware.

They said they could take my car in about an hour. I got there and picked out a tint shade and they went right to work. It's super convenient that they not only have samples in the showroom, but also on smart cars in the parking lot so you can see the tint on an actual vehicle. It took about 90 minutes to tint three windows, which seems very reasonable. Their tint and their labor has a warranty, but in 30+ years of doing business with them, I've never needed it.

It was a quick turnaround, ready for pickup the same day. We prepaid for the part and expected to pay for labor at pickup. Instead we were surprised to be handed a check for $200. Turns out that we had paid for the wrong part and what we needed was actually cheaper.
