It all started when I made an appointment online at 11am when we got here nobody was here or answering the phone finally after over 1.5 hours I called and got ahold of someone who was extremely rude. And told me they don't open until 12.... I'm sorry your system made the appointment for 11? I spoke with the owner who is such a sweet person but it's sad that the people she has working at the studio are really taking the fun out of it and treating customers poorly. I wasn't going to make a post and just let the first situation go but after coming to pick up my children's pieces today and again dealing with rude customer service I feel like I need to warn people. Over $100 for crappy service isn't okay. Super unfortunate. Oh yes I forgot they waived one $8 painting fee When I went to pick up I walked in and nobody was there until I walked towards the back and was great as of I was a burden. I was the one having to deal with being treated that was as a paying customer. I am allowed to voice my concerns. They said 6 to 8 weeks but on the 13th week, after we called to find out why it was taking so long, we were rudely informed by Chase that he had "text" us twice, neither of which did we receive. The he told us we had till the end of the week to pick them up? This is in the 13th week with no text or call. Either way, we rush down and wait for him to come help us. In the meantime someone else walks in behind us. When Chase came out, he didn't even say hi, walked right past us to the one who entered after and literally ignored us while having a conversation with a vendor (?!) Then once he was done he proceeded to rudely push about how he had text us twice. I have no clue why that means his fingers don't work to make an actual call and leave a message but there you have it. He was confrontational as i see it because we didn't even bring up the prior rudeness or insistence that he had text but I certainly had my phone ready to show him that indeed there was no text, no call, no nothing. He didn't care, barely looked and lost a couple of people who were actually considering their extremely high monthly rates. Pretty mind blowing when it's a bit over 500 bucks a month for 2 people. Yup, every month and all it includes is the space and the wheel, nothing else. The class itself was great but because of Chase, who told us he was the owner but lists here as the busines manager, we won't go back. I see another review here with the same trouble in not getting their pieces or being informed that the pieces are ready so I guess if you want to pay 50 bucks a person for the classes and do the work to make sure you get what you pay for then have at it. We are going to try one of the other many pottery places close by.

This was for a public class on a Saturday at around 4:30 PM. The class consisted of 8 people max and seemed to be all couples. All of the equipment was prepared like an apron, clay, pottery wheel, etc. We had an instructor that was very knowledgeable and explained everything from start to finish. Complex technicals were explained in layman's terms. We were given enough clay to create 3 pieces but could keep up to two. The instructor also frequently went around to check everyone's pieces and was able to troubleshoot as needed. It was a fun experience but be very prepared to get your hands dirty! The glazing portion was separate from the class. There was no reservation needed for that so I did it the same day that I went to see the ceramics. For parking, street parking could be hit or miss depending on the time. I'd recommend coming early to have ample time to find parking. Overall, I enjoyed the experience enough. It could have been perfect if the staff here remembered to follow up on when the ceramics were ready for pickup. I am happy with the end result though.

They couldn't find it under either. Jennifer, the owner messaged me on the side and offered studio credit for when we come back to glaze. I appreciate that offer since my bf and I had to and have to coordinate this date to come to the studio. I live around half an hour away and he lives over an hour away, which made it that much more disappointing when we drove all the ways last time only to be told it was lost. I messaged and asked to see if it was possible to have our pottery ready this time for when we came to glaze to prevent further mishap. They were kind and had our pottery ready for when we head back. I was happy with how our pottery turned out. It was with the red clay so it looked tan. Ashley helped us with the glazing. She gave us tips and instructions. They have a ton of different colors. They have a color section that's easier to work well and good with designs. There's also another set of colors that have some details and undertones. I picked four colors and hoped for the best. It's interesting because the more special glaze are all shades of gray, even when you paint it on. It's really is trusting the process. They put our pottery on the rack and told us it would be ready for pick up in 2-3 weeks. I'm hoping the pick up this time goes better! This glazing experience went well and I appreciate, Jennifer, the owner, reaching out personally and offering the studio credit.

I was able to add my own decor and it comfortably fit my party of 36 ppl. They have all of the amenities we needed including a fridge, microwave, hot water, bathroom and large sink. The space is super cute, clean, and has convenient parking. The best part of the experience though was the helpfulness of the staff throughout the entire event. Sam was awesome and ready to jump in whenever we needed him but never overbearing. 10/10 recommend hosting at this venue
