    Unbridled creative freedom! Setup was beautiful with the Flower Fields as a backdrop! I would definitely attend again.

We had several incidents happen on my wedding day that would have been catastrophic if Meghan wasn't there to diffuse the situations and get everybody back on track. She is very professional, prompt and she can really follow your vision. When I arrived the day of, everything looked exactly how I imagined it would. Not only did Meghan ensure that our wedding day went smoothly, she was also a pleasure to work with. She makes you feel instantly comfortable and at ease. She also provided me with some great tips at our pre-planning meeting. Meghan is very skilled at coordinating events and my guests could not stop commenting on how amazing she was.     I am very disappointed in what Meghan did for my wedding. She was very unorganized, unhelpful, and…read moregenerally a waste of money. I met with her a few times before the wedding, and each time I felt more stressed after talking with her than I did before. On the day of our rehearsal, she double-booked herself. We had previously arranged with her that the rehearsal would start at 6, but she insisted that it was supposed to start at 5:30. She then complained about my pastor and other wedding party members who were late because of a fire. To top it all off, she left around 6:15, which meant that my pastor was forced to run the rehearsal without her (which worked out for the better). In all of the waiting around before we started, she made fun of my family members and was generally rude to everyone. On the day of the wedding, we woke up to pouring rain. I was distraught, as could be imagined with an outdoor wedding. After my bridesmaids and family finally calmed me down, Meghan calls freaking out, asking me what my plans were to deal with the rain. Obviously, this upset me again as she had said that I was not to worry about the rain plans or anything else, especially on the day of the wedding. Everything was worked out by my mom's best friend, who ended up taking on all of the roles that Meghan should have on the day of the wedding. Finally, Meghan just would not leave me alone! She kept talking to me when I was just trying to look around at my wedding, chatting casually with guests instead of working, and did not keep the events of the night moving. I am very disappointed with Meghan's service and hope that others will take my experience into consideration when choosing a wedding planner or coordinator.

My wedding was very moody and romantic, so we rented furniture items and dining chairs to match. I needed a lot of guidance selecting smaller decorative pieces (e.g., pillows) to match the sofas we rented from Folklore and the entire Folklore team made the whole process very easy for me and my husband; they coordinated everything directly with our wedding planners including the delivery and pickup. It eliminated a ton of stress and allowed my husband and I to relax, enjoy the day and be in the moment; and let me tell you, the event space looked INCREDIBLE! Folklore was very professional to work with and the day-of set up and evening pick-up was seamless. The entire Folklore team was amazing to work with; they were right on time and extremely organized. We found Folklore to be very reasonably priced and they make payment super easy too! Overall, we had a great experience with Folklore Event Rentals and I highly recommend them; they will elevate your event space and truly do not disappoint!

We loved browsing through Folklore's unique catalog of wares on their easy to use website. Communicating with them was a breeze. Some of the items were surprisingly affordable! For instance, they offered cheaper chairs than other rental places, which we felt looked much better, too. Every item was clean (and so cool!), renting them was easy, and they were a great vendor to work with.

We did everything by email with Cassie in the beginning. We had a hard time choosing the food because the options were vast - like overwhelming almost. I finally chose "stir fry" because it was vegetarian and we also got a chicken option and some appetizers like salmon and charcuterie. The apps were delicious. The "stir fry" however was not. It was underwhelming to say the least. And it was so much food I felt like it was really thrown together. Soggy veggies. Limp ramen. I asked for pictures ahead of time so I could see what I was getting but nope they don't have pictures of their own food. Weird. The best part was Blanca who dropped off and picked up everything. She was really nice and helpful. Cassie the owner never reached out to confirm the party ahead of time and worse - didn't call to see how everything was afterward.     I was in a bind for our high school football team's Thanksgiving team dinner. Four weeks prior, the…read moreweather was shifting back-and-forth teasing rain on ONE day... the day of our event. Tuesday of the dinner week rolled around, and sure enough, the rain was confirmed for Thursday. I reached out to what felt like 1 million different companies, and most of the quotes were fairly high for a canopy. I found Arael Events here on yelp, and then I went to social media to see if I could find additional tagged photos of events they've done. Not that I needed an elaborate set up, but I wanted to make sure that the set up looked nice and that it would withstand the weather and wind. Her quote came in significantly lower than most other companies, and that included canopy walls, a string of lights down the center, as well as set up and teardown. They are quick, professional, and friendly! When I find a company that I believe in, they have my full support! I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to rent for their events, so much so that after my event, they took down the canopy, and transported it just down the road to a friend's place for their weekend event, AND I booked them again for our team the following week.
