What are the odds? I booked right away. I later found out that she had a cancellation. When I arrived I was a little out of my head because I thought I would be later, Molly was absolutely amazing. She essentially calmed me down. Which was awesome. The wax shop is very inviting and quaint, I didn't feel like I was in chain establishment in a sense it felt like home. She was very nice. The room she does her waxing in is spacious but not intimidating. It was very clean and well organized which I loved. She explained everything that she would be doing from beginning to end our conversation was easy and helpful, she help me get through the pain .....FYI I'm a screamer lol! I ended my appt by booking another one because she was just that great. I also felt that her pricing was very reasonable. Overall this a great place to get waxed I wish I'd found it sooner and I look forward to my appt.

I recently tried to cancel due to relocation and was told no, even though I can no longer realistically use the services. There is no clear or easy cancellation process, and you are basically stuck continuing to be charged whether you can use the service or not. It feels very misleading and honestly predatory. I've reached out multiple times and still have not been given a reasonable resolution. At this point, I feel like I'm being forced to pay for something I cannot use. If you're considering this place, I strongly suggest reading the fine print and thinking twice before committing to any membership.

It was very thorough and Kathleen was professional and very kind throughout the whole experience. The facial itself was extremely relaxing. She does a microcurrent facial and I believe it lasted about 1.5 hours. Afterwards, my skin was calm and glowing! After my pedicure, I politely asked if my nails could still be done, and the manager's wife loudly yelled "NO" in front of the entire salon, announcing that I was 30 minutes late and that they weren't going to do it. I understood they were super busy, and would've been okay with being denied. It was her tone. The lack of professionalism and public embarrassment was unnecessary and disappointing. A simple, respectful explanation would have gone a long way.

GPS took me directly into the parking lot & I just looked for the building & door number, went up the beautiful staircase to floor 2. The waiting area & hallways smell comfort & fresh, simple yet beautifully lit space. Elizabeth greeting me with a smile, asked the necessary questions & we got started. Her room is clean & well lit. Wax bed was comfy, clean & covered with disposable paper. She used great skill at precautions to avoid cross contamination with gloves on, several wooden sticks individually using them, etc. wax was fast!!! When I got home the first night, my entire occular area began burning. i believe the company changed the eyebrow tint. It definitely was NO the same dye that had been used during my previous visits. I wrote all of this up and the manager tried to contact me once. I sent him two more emails and 11 days later, the skin around my eyes and eyebrows is still burning. I think all of the staff are very capable, especially Andrea; however, I would not get my eyebrows tinted there ever again!

These are individual franchises and this one is awful. The owner could care less what happened, was rude and condescending. I posted on Nextdoor and found others who were injured at this location. Don't go to this one under any circumstances. My daughter tried European Wax Center today and said it was the best she's ever had. This franchise is a dangerous place with an evil owner. I'm filing a law suit, making complaints to every agency in Raleigh possible.
