Rita was absolutely amazing to work with! Our company hosted a paint & sip party yesterday and had a blast. Rita came by our office about a half hour ahead of the scheduled time and got all the supplies set up. We had decided to go with the puzzle piece option of painting - all 18 participants got a different picture to paint and at the end of the session, we would put all of our paintings together to make one beautiful masterpiece. Rita left us to incorporate our own creativity but was always there to help with a guiding hand if we were feeling lost or frustrated. Everyone had a lot of fun during this session and were giving each other a lot of support and encouragement - really great for a corporate team bonding event. In the end, we were all amazed by how well our painting turned out - for some of us, it was the first time we had even picked up a paintbrush! Where do I start? From the very first initial communication with Celia and Monica (owners) to the end of my event was outstanding! There wasn't ever more than a few hours in between emails back and forth, they answered all my questions and any concerns that may have come up. We had a glass painting party at my corporate office very recently, with our two instructions Jen and Cecilia leading us in an hour and a half session. They arrived for preparation about 45 minutes before our event, which is what they promised. They ensured all the seats we set up had all the necessary supplies, which included paint brushes, paint water cups, 2 glasses (stemless and stemmed), paints, alcohol wipes, and plates. Smocks were optional and were provided to everyone that wanted one. They also brought along tablecloths, but we had some prepared in advance. Jen was very diligent in instructing us how to do one of the designs we chose for our group, although we were able to choose up to 4. However, there was no pressure to follow along and we were able to paint whatever we desired. Both Cecilia and Jen walked around to each table and gave us a ton of positive reinforcement. i think it gave everyone a sense of ease and turned the event into a very fun night! Clean up was also very low lift for us, as both instructors gathered up all of their materials. I would 100% recommend their services! read more

I was looking for a fun activity to do with my friends for our Friendsgiving and I stumbled across Paint the Town. This turned out to be the perfect activity. Anne the instructor was on time and very kind to all of my guests. She was very patient and we all were so surprised that we were able to paint the Eiffel Tower. Let me start off by saying that I had a paint party and the gal that was our instructor was great and she was on time. My experience during the paint session waa great. The reason why I'm giving this a 1 star is because I had some issues with people backing out last minute and my experience trying to get ahold of someone the weekend of my party was non existence. I should state that they were pushy sales people and usually when this happens I find someone else, but I was already set on having a paint party that I went with it, so I booked 3 days before the event. Warning... Because you need like 2 weeks to cancel your party which I didn't know so i was already locking myself into a non refundable position after paying $300+. Anyway, the day of the party people canceled which was on me so I tried to contact the company and they were closed and they didn't even give me the instructor's number so I had noone to contact- which is horrible by the way because I had to show up early to the location just to make sure the instructor new where to set up (very inconvenient). Lastly, when I tried asking the company to work with me because I paid for 8 people and some had to back out for Covid, I wasn't looking for a full refund but something since I did book with them last minute and what they would come back with was almost insulting. Like yea, we'll give you a $20 refund or of $160. Sure we'll provide the supplies for the 4 people you paid for, but you need to pay $10 shipping for supplies that cost less than $20 (according to them). I decided to walk away and not take anything more from them and lose the money. Never doing business there again. read more

The instructor came in with all the supplies, the whole area was already setup and all we had to do was sip on some wine, paint away by following easy to follow instructions and have an amazing time while doing that!
