His team was courteous and professional, working efficiently and quietly, cleaning up thoroughly each day, and protecting walls, floors, and fixtures well. His team also held themselves to a high standard of quality: when something they were reattaching had been screwed insecurely into the edge of drywall before, they used a piece of wood behind the edge of the drywall to make sure it screwed in securely. His estimate was reasonable for the amount of work to be done and very competitive with estimates I had already received from five other contractors. Andrew and his assistant Matt took about two days to transform my kitchen into something really sharp. Andrew was very thorough and even took care of some odds and ends that were left by the builder (and previous contractor who installed the counter top). Also, Andrew was very neat - he covered the counter top to avoid any damage or stains and swept the floor after both days of working. After they left, you would never know that two people were sawing tiles and working with grout and tile adhesive all day. I wouldn't hesitate to book Andrew for any other jobs I need done around the apartment. It was a five-star experience from start to finish and I'm glad I found the Handy Andy Squad.
