I love the eclectic concept of Painted Park. It seems that it caters to the hipster crowd that enjoys a good craft cocktail. Everyone from the security to the bartenders and servers were very nice. The drinks were good and well made. My only complaint was that we sat at a table and it wasn't clear on how to order. We were looking for servers but ended up going to the bar. I would definitely visit this bar again for the drinks and vibes.

Kudos to Grace our awesome server. She handled our large party with no problem. We all got our orders and drinks in a timely manner, and smiling all the time. My first time to the place and I can't wait to come back and sit at the beautiful bar.

Love love this place! I actually came here twice back to back weekends. It's very crowded but the vibes here are awesome to catch a game. Their calamari that isn't pictured were delicious and the sauce was absolutely perfect. The service was a little slow as expected due to the business of the place. 10/10 they'll see me when.

It was date night and I stumbled across Painted Park during my Yelp search and decided to make this the stop for the night... After parking, we walked over and headed inside. We entered through the downstairs area which was totally wrong. Once we realized the error we headed upstairs and went to the front door. The hostess was sitting down on her phone and paid us no attention whatsoever. After about 90 seconds I inquired about being seated and she advised it was open seating. We decided to sit towards the back as the front was almost full. The ambiance of the restaurant was very fun and upbeat but still had a mellow vibe to it. This environment was perfect for a date or even just a friend's night out. Got to the back, chose one of the tables near the window and had a seat. Everyone around us was engaged in conversation and laughter which added to the atmosphere as a whole. This place is so cute. I fell in love with the simple yet elegant design concept and the options of couch or bucket chair seating. Whoever designed this truly understands the structure of creating a comfortable environment. Once seated, we explored the menu until our waitress arrived. Upon her arrival, she was very pleasant and hurt my feelings when she told me the sweet tea machine was down. I wanted to cry. LoL! Deciding to just stick with water, she advised she would be right back and we continued to cruise the menu. As the menu has a variety of small plates and bar food, it wasn't an overly complex process of page after page of options. As such I decided to get the Tuna Melt. With my order placed I continued to take in the ambiance as I engaged with my company. The music was at a nice volume and the game was on the TV's behind the bar. All points together provided a comfort space for natural conversation to flow. My food was out within a few minutes and the presentation captured my attention. Once I took a bite I made up my mind that I had to bring my friends here. The pickle was fresh. The tuna was fresh and not too salty. The bread was perfectly toasted. The fries were golden brown and crunchy. My plate was simple but it was good. The portion was perfect as they did not skimp on the tuna or fries. Andddddddd... the water was fresh, cold, and served in a cute glass bottle. It's goes without saying, Painted Park is def a must try.

I didn't order any food. Me and my friends did our own beltline bar crawl and found ourselves at Painted Park. The outdoor space was really nice. Great for hanging out and taking pictures. They have a bar outside. We then went downtown stairs to the restaurant part. The entire place is a full vibe. They have a ton of games that you can play. If you love sports it's a great place to watch games. The drinks were really good. I ordered the Southern Devil and it did not disappoint! I would love to give Painted Park 5 stars but since I only ordered drinks without food I am giving it 4 stars.

So, this is a pretty good establishment in iamen Park. If you go inside, the establishment itself is nice. There is a heck of a lot of space. So starting off it's basically street parking there or there's a parking structure or two nearby as well. Everything is in walking distance though so that makes it better. You can park someplace and go bar hopping and go try some food from a number of different restaurants. And it's right down the street from the beltline. So if you wanted to hook a left, you can go walk along the beltline and work up an appetite! So the painted Park has a lot of space. Like I said. It is vast to where you have a initial area that you will come into that has seating. You will have a back area which has seating. And even behind that there is like a little lounge looking area that also has seating and a whole different bar. There's multiple bars there all in a row so if you can't find a place to get a drink, that's your fault LOL. They also have a downstairs where a couple of games on the tables. They also have some card games as well so you can bring a group with you. There is outside seating as well. So you really can't run out of space. It's really nice and it's super chill. They have plenty of TVs on the wall so if you want to watch the game, this would also be a place. Everything that I had that was good. The food was really good, drinks were good as well. The only thing is some of the service took a while. The service wasn't bad by any means, but when I was ready to go after a couple of hours, it felt like it was 15 or 20 minutes just to get the bill. I'm trying to pay you, why am I waiting to give you money lol!? I actually have to go and tap the waitress to for my her to bring me the check. But in lieu of that, she was really nice and friendly while we did interact aside from that, so I can't take that away! I just want to know that that was the only downside that I saw, the delay. Everything else, was really good. Also, to be fair, the next time I went, it was a good experience. I sat at the bar though so that probably helped. But it could have been a one-off. Caiperina - so, this was a decent drink. I part-time at a Brazilian restaurant so I know what it's supposed to taste like and this wasn't too bad. It's not overly powered with the rum and you still have a balance with the citrus. I wish that they had muddled it, but I understand. It was still pretty good. Calamari - when I was walking in I saw the calamari being served and I thought it looked really good. The calamari is cutting the strips, nice size strips, and has two sauces with it. One sauce is kind of like a maybe a Thai chili. Kind of sauce. Little sweet heat. The other sauce is maybe some type of aioli or something, I'm not sure. All I know is it was spot on. You get a decent sized serving. It's a small plate, but I suppose it's enough for two people to pick at. BBQ shrimp - Now the barbecue shrimp, these were a 12 out of 10. These were amazing! I don't know what that sauce was but that sauce must have been made with unicorn tears! My only drawback is that it only came with maybe about five or so shrimp. For the price, five shrimp doesn't seem like enough, but The taste and the flavor of the sauce was immaculate to me. It had a nice hefty kick, a lot of Tang to the the sauce. And the shrimp were drenched in it. They brought bread so you can actually dip the bread in a sauce too. Honestly I dipped the mushrooms in the sauce as well, the sauce goes with absolutely everything LOL! The waitress was nice enough to bring more bread to the table when the two pieces were eaten. Fried mushrooms - The mushrooms are really good. They had a lot of mushrooms there, they were fried, but fried to a crisp tempura perfection. They had ranch with them and the ranch went very well. Thing with him was that they actually needed the ranch. You needed something because by themselves, they weren't seasoned as much as I thought they would or should have been. But they were still good. I will not take that away from them. This was something I would probably get again. Nachos - the nachos were pretty decent. They were full of toppings but not loaded over the top. Which I mean if you're having nachos, you kind of want over the top but it was still a nice amount of toppings. Triple decker club - The cup sandwich was really good. It wasn't like you get one slice of meat per layer of Sandwich by any means. It was pretty thick so it was actually pretty filling for a sandwich like this. Aside from what I mentioned about the slight service interruption, this is definitely a spot that I would consider going to again. They had a bunch of stuff that I wanted to try but you can't try everything at one time lol but I would definitely go ahead and spin the block on it a few times!

This place is a lot nice on the inside than what I expected it to be. There's 3 floors and a good environment. It's a little more expensive. I got the bramble cocktail, a funnel cake, and watched the cowboys game. I would definitely go back. Service was good, we were like the only people inside though.

This place was so cute! There's an upstairs and downstairs plus an outdoor are. The drinks were really good. I got an amaretto sour and an espresso martini made with tequila. They hit the spot! The music wasn't too loud that you couldn't have a conversation which was a plus for me. I would definitely be back. Very cute chill place with good drinks and nice people! I didn't try the food but the fries look tempting so I will have to try them next time I'm in.

Such a Sophisticated Scene! Painted Park popped-up on my Instagram feed and I knew I had to check it out. My friend and I did a pilot test before I decided to host my birthday fundraiser here. It was a great decision because my guests and I had a blast at Painted Park! The atmosphere was amazing, the food was delicious, and the staff delivered top-tier service. Special thank you to Berry and Brittany. The co-owner, William, was very responsive and helpful from start to finish. They offer tasty bites. You must try the truffle fries! The Solarium's vibe is reminiscent of a classy men's cave with plush seating a bar., and a great view of the Atlanta Beltline. Be sure to venture to the basement to enjoy the games. Two hour validated parking is available in the North Highland Steel Apartments retail parking garage. I can't wait to return in the warmer months to enjoy the outside dining scene!

Came on a weekend for lunch. It wasn't too busy and we were able to get seated quick and had time for some games. I really enjoyed the concept of this place. There were plenty of games and there was an outdoor area to chill at. We got the shrimp appetizer and the sauce was so good ! The shrimp was very fresh and we really enjoyed the bread to dip in the sauce. The chicken tender was juicy and fried well, we also enjoyed the fries. The service was really fast and friendly as well. The ambiance here was perfect for a chill day, will definitely be back!

Confused, mostly. I love the Painted venues, they're all quirky and fun and have great food, but painted park underserves comparatively. Atmosphere: This is where I feel it lacks the most. While the old Parish building is iconic and I appreciate their reuse direction, the atmosphere itself is entirely confusing. The furniture is huge for the tight corners and spaces. It's trying to be a restaurant but act like a bar, and doesn't allow patrons the flexibility like a sports bar could. I can't fathom bringing 5 friends there to watch a game. Each room has the same issue with lounge/restaurant furniture, where you can be served a full menu of food. There is one bar that we found available seats, but we were shoved so far in the corner with no visible tvs. It was sad but we watched the game on our phone. Because of the food aspect of this bar, I understand the furniture choices, but there was just no reprieve from the bulky, inflexible seating. (Think couches, oversized chairs, restaurant tables and chairs, and the occasional high top) I recognize that it was a busy day (super glad to see that of course!) and that they opened within the last few weeks, but I'm confused about the furniture choices/layout. The other challenge as a woman was the long women's restroom line in the middle downstairs portion of the bar, which stretched through the already tight downstairs area. Functionally confusing. Food: while the food does align in great flavor and options similar to the other painted establishments, the prices were unruly for the vibe. As compared to pin or duck, park appears to be more casual in nature but a $22 burger with much to leave desired really turned us off. It was a delicious patty, fries were nice, but it was way more bun than meat, and for the price I would rather go somewhere else and be able to watch my game on a tv. I'm a sucker for great food but I'm again confused about the vibe of the bar. People: the only reason for the stars really is because of how wonderful the staff and patrons were. The bartender was perfectly attentive and kind! Those sitting next to us shared in the bizzare tv-less area and entertained us so much. Everyone we interacted with was great. Parking: no idea how people park here outside of Inman quarter street parking as we walked from our apartment. Overall I am more confused than not on the vision: if it's a sports bar or a game bar or what not. The outdoor area while small is very cool and unique, but emphasizes lack of cohesion within the spaces. Maybe will return with lowered expectations of experience or perhaps on a day where it won't be as busy? But will definitely grab drinks and eat elsewhere for the price.

YOU MUST GO! Food: Delicious and good (especially for bar food) Ambiance: Fun, cozy living room vibe with style Service: nice and accommodating staff but super busy I went here on a Saturday night around 9pm and all I can say was ENERGY. The room was buzzing with fans elated to watch the Bama game. There is comfy seating all over set up like couch around tables, plus high and low top tables with soft chairs. It's first come first served so no reservations. You just show up, but we found a high top table for 2 upon walking in, even though it was busy. I ordered the bramble and it was such a yummy drink. If you like gin, order it! The drinks were fairly priced for the quality that they were made. You taste quality and flavor in every sip. I ordered the veggie bowl with grilled shrimp. Another slam dunk. The shrimp was juicy and flavorful. All the ingredients of the bowl were cooked well and tasted way better than expected. It's a great option if you're trying to eat healthy. I must say the menu has great variety for a group with various preferences for meat, pescatarian or vegetarian. Everyone can find something. Superb for groups. They even have games to play in the luxe basement. The outside bar area on the beltline is a lively vibe, especially in the warmer months. You can find free parking in the surrounding neighborhood if you're vigilant. The music after 10pm is definitely a fun party vibe with a mix of EDM, disco, r&b, etc. a 5-star bar experience as well minus the service being a bit absent due to it being so busy for good reason. It's the place to be and everyone is there for a reason.

This was my second time at Painted Park. I came here with my wife after walking along the beltline this past Sunday. It's literally right on the beltline. They have a nice little front area that has a bar and some TVs. But then they have this little underground tunnel that takes you to the main establishment. It is MASSIVE. There are so many places to hangout. They have a few levels too, so you can kinda wander and see where you want to hang out for your time there. They have a ping tong table, some card games, and they even have skee-ball! Plenty of fun things to do. They have a pretty decent food menu too. It's not overloaded with stuff, so you don't get hit with the choice overwhelmingness for picking out something to eat. We had already eaten, but from the few dishes I saw being brought out to people, food looked good! They have a full bar, so you can get whatever you want really! They have a few cocktails too, so you can get one of those if you're up for it! Painted Park is a super fun place to go to, especially if you're with a bigger group of people. I'll definitely be back again in the future.

They hold a jazz night every Tuesday with live music for a nice chill, yet fun, vibe. Just a warning, the space inside is pretty small--typically there's optional seating outside, but it's really chilly at the moment (although they have heaters)--but there's more seating downstairs in The Victorian Atlanta plant shop. I didn't realize that the two were connected! FYI, if you sit downstairs, you'll be seated next to where the live music performers will be playing, so it will be louder there. As for the drinks, I tried the Zombie. I loved it so much, I ordered a second one instead of trying a different one! It tasted sweet and slightly tropical with the rum and spiced liqueur. It also had some absinthe, which I was worried about when I first ordered it since I hate the taste of it (not a big fan of black licorice flavors), but I didn't taste it at all! Overall, this place had such a great vibe to it!

The wings were all well seasoned, and even the dry rub wings didn't taste dry. It tasted tender and juicy and I've never experienced that before with dry rub wings. We ordered the lemon pepper buffalo wings, buffalo wings, and Korean bbq buffalo wings and a side of fries. Our favorite was the buffalo wings. It had the right balance of juiciness and flavor. I wouldn't recommend the Korean bbq wings since it didn't have enough tangyness to it and didn't stand out. The French fries are a must order. The fries were so crunchy, and they were still crunchy even towards the end when we were almost finished eating. We arrived 30 minutes before they opened on a Friday and there were already people waiting in the lot which was crazy! It started raining while we were waiting in line and the line got even longer. If you're planning to try The Local, I would recommend coming on a regular weekday or come earlier if you're coming on the weekend because the line is crazy. There is some seating inside and outside the bar. We got there early enough to swipe a table. There were people standing and waiting for a table while waiting for their orders. Service was excellent! We arrived there exactly at 5 PM, when it opens, but there was already a pretty extensive line. A little outside the entrance, they check your ID, which I had no idea was a thing. So make sure you have your IDs with you and are 21+. There's a bar area for drinks and a separate counter where you will order and pay for your food. (They make it pretty explicit that you can't get wings to-go.) Find a seat, and once your food is ready, they'll announce your name, and you pick up your food from the window. FOOD: We got wings in the flavors of lemon pepper (dry rub), sun-dried tomato (dry rub), buffalo lemon pepper (wet), and jerk buffalo (wet). I will say that I definitely preferred the wet wings to the dry wings. I found the dry wings to be a little too salty. In my opinion, the wings and the cook on them were just okay. I wasn't blown away or anything. Maybe the relatively cheap beer and the vibes help draw in all the appeal. TLDR// I don't think I had the greatest wings of all time here, but the vibes were really casual and pleasant. I'm glad I was able to try a place so beloved by locals.
