They have started doing a little better about having outlet options, but mainly at those tall, long skinny tables. The ones that aren't necessarily great for working because they're so high up and can make your legs feel weird after awhile. Haha. The other semi complaint I have is that they close early. 3 pm is early when you want to try and work. Drinks are good. I don't drink a ton of coffee these days, but what I've had there was good. I get either their chai or matcha. Both of those I enjoy! I had a sandwich there recently. I wanted to roll my eyes at the price truthfully. However, when it came.. WOAH. It was GIANT. I was thoroughly impressed. It was really really good. I had to take half of it home and put it in the fridge. When I came back home hours later... it was STILL GOOD. The bread was not soggy either! It was a drop in event so you could arrive anytime between 8pm and 11pm. On arrival there were no instructions beyond grab an apron and canvas and sit wherever. If I didn't frequent sip and paint events I would have been completely lost. The canvas designs was cute and there were several adult themed ones for "Freaky Friday". The brushes and paint were definitely low quality and wouldn't mix/ blend well. There were no rags or paper towels however we did receive a few napkins. All of the supplies honestly gave very much Dollar Tree. During the event, the entire studio was illuminated by a red light which was not conducive to a painting experience. You couldn't see the true colors you were using or mixing without utilizing the flashlight from our cellphones. Even still the red looked orange. I'm not sure if the "DJ" was the owner/manager. It seemed they were playing music of a music app but instead of having a playlist he was playing random songs which was not making smooth transitions.

Not only do I go for my framing, I also go to a monthly painting class called Create It. Each month, the resident artist comes up with some fun painting and I sign up to go and paint along. The classes are always an absolute blast and it is quite entertaining to see how so many people interpret the painting differently and make it their own. Aside from Create It, framing, paintings and prints, Robin's also has a wonderful assortment of jewelry and gifts. Since I am easily distracted by shiny things, this delights me to no end.
