Response was a hard "NO" to all three. I advised the situation was not acceptable but nothing else was offered. When I persisted she became belligerent and reiterated there was nothing she could do (or was willing to do more accurately). I still persisted and finally she called someone else. It was then quickly figured out the 2nd part was indeed there but in a different location. If I had followed any of her suggestions I would have never received the rest of the order nor a refund. I have been a Kohl's customer for 35 years and this is by far the worst treatment I have ever received. This person should not have a job that includes customer service.

We never filled it!! She didn't need it. So, I called and said they made a terrible mistake and guess what their response was? well, you walked out of the store with them, so too bad. The bags were still stapled! we didn't open them! So, I called Corporate and I'm still waiting after 3 weeks. Listen, take my advice and either find some other pharmacy (they could have killed my Mom) or, make sure they tell you exactly what they filled before you even touch the bags. It's o wonder they are closing Walgreens across the country! who fills a script from 11 1/2 months ago??? What's wrong with the pharmacists?
